How can a normal gamer actually pull that off without extreme luck? Is there some sort of weird physics where it is very easy to shoot your enemy?

I'd imagine it's someone intimate with the game that knows the point on the screen where the enemy's head should be to nail the headshot. Or, the person playing actually has a small whitedot reticle that is edited out or they are able to record footage without showing it.

Excited for this game, though I am surprised they seem to be going for regenerating health .

It's hard to tell when the HUD isn't shown, but there are health and armour pickups. Watch this gameplay of the first and second chapters. The health is in chunks so you regenerate to the next 20 HP chunk, life if you're down to 63, it would go up to 80 after a while.

My guess is they went off the original plans ID had for Wolf3D which was going to have stealth elements.

I so can not wait for this game! I can only hope the tone and music of the trailers matches the game, I don't want another dead island situation..

Castle Wolfenstein/Beyond Castle Wolfenstein were pretty much stealth games. Even though those weren't directly connected to the Wolfenstein 3d games seems like they are roping it in.

I have to say, i really hope these videos have been PS4 because i am not happy with how the graphics seem to be lately. Other then that i really want this game, it looks fun.

One thing would put this game over the top for me and thats the possibility of being hunted.

The scariest early gaming memory I have is breathlessly running through Castle Wolfenstein with something like 3 health, scouring for anything that could save me from that big blue machine-gunner I could hear opening doors somewhere else in the level. I didn't know where - didn't have surround sound back then - I just heard the whoosh-click of a door opening and then the whoosh-click of a door closing a little later. He was coming. I had a pistol with a few shots but I wouldn't survive a head-on encounter. But by luck I found a dirty kennel - without any dogs in it thank the gods - but its here where I found out by way of raw necessity that you could eat the bowls of dog food and they were good for a few points of health each. So I scruffed down a handful of those bowls, which was all I could find, sunk back against the wall with my pistol aimed at the door and waited.
