Unfortunately, still no fix in this department.Keio said:Any 2407WFP owners here? Any improvements? I don't know why, but I'm hoping for 1:1 pixel mapping with the fixed 1080p over VGA, although I know it's an inherent program of the set rather than the 360.

So 1080p not working with my Bravia XBR2 over component cables is an entirely different issue?
Asshats! Ah well, guess I'm grabbing the VGA adapter. Thanks!datamage said:It's Sony that doesn't allow 1080p over component. It's not a problem with the 360.
At least my revision A01 won't allow that. Has anyone different experiences on this?BSS said:You can tell the 2407 to do 1:1 when on VGA. It's in the menu under "display settings" - "wide mode".

Chiaroscuro said:Which tv model he has? That is strange. I have a Samsung 32" LCD. With the VGA cable in the PC mode of the tv I can get any resolution up to 1360x768 (the best resolution for the 360, since it is native resolution of the tv) including 1280x720 (which is 720p). Pay attention that using VGA cable then resolution does not appear in 360 as 720p but as 1280x720...
