Atari (Humongous game) had NFL Players in their 07 game and now in 08. Is there some separate license for NFL Backyard games? Does EA get a cut for letting them make this game?

Just noticed Wii version confirmed. Wii gets two NFL Licensed games, Xbox360/PS3 are doomed.
