The Patriots have a favorable schedule to get back to the Super Bowl next year.Much easier than the Giants.

http://www.patriots.com/news/articl...nnounced/02cb9ca0-ab10-45e6-864b-836bb5cd3736

I'm calling it now : 13-3 with another AFC East title and a SB victory against the Giants 45-3.

Devin McCourty will be the defensive player of the year with 13 INTs with 10 returned for TD's as the leader of the 2nd ranked D in the league and MVP Tom Brady will set a new record with 61 TDs with 25 of them to Malcom Floyd.

I BELIEVE AGAIN!

Are you drunk? I said it was Bobby Thomson.

Dude can you read? You typed Thompson. Which shows a clear lack of baseball knowledge. Obviously you didn't know how to pronounce and spell a player involved in one of the most historic baseball plays of all time.

A typo is much more forgivable than not being able to count to 4.

I actually thought you were an honest to goodness Packers fan back then cause of your dad?

He tried right from the get-go, instead I pledged allegiance to this loser franchise. I always liked the Packers and followed them when he was watching them. I'm also a part owner of the team now!

1996 killed me though. We went to the Monday night game the following year. My father went with his Packers fleece on. Got to watch some guy body check him while carrying several beers.

:jnc!

Yes, a typo is identical to thinking the Packers have won two super bowls. Well done! Oh man, that is fantastic.

That was posted what, six weeks ago? I love that you have been holding onto that as some sort of "gotcha." Holy shit, that is absolutely brilliant. Thank you my man. Thank you so much.

And I care about your forgiveness how? I admitted I was clearly wrong.

I'm sure you pronounced it Thompson your whole life as well. You know being a lifelong and all.

Admit it. As a Dolphins fan you had to look up the word success in the dictionary, didn't you?

You caught me,

suc·cess   [suhk-ses]
noun

1. the attainment of wealth, position, honors, or the like.
The undefeated 1972 Dolphins are the epitome of success in the National Football League.

2. a successful performance or achievement: The play was an instant success.
The 2007 Patriots lost only one game, but with it being the Super Bowl they were far from being a success.

what the hell is going on in here?

a guy can't read/count and then says championships don't matter? backdoored by if you weren't alive to see it then they should be discarded?

the shit is this

I never said they should be discarded at all but yeah I think if you want to read what I think of it, you can read what I wrote earlier. Or you could just assume shit or whatever.

If Andre carter comes back and they sign Mark Anderson and Arrington and add some players the defense could be a whole lot better.

I thought GAF was above this kind of discussion, but I guess I was wrong.

Some people correctly understand sports are silly, but I'm legitimately shocked that others are getting into meaningless arguments over a trivial game.

I can kind of understand the thinking. I don't go around bragging about the Raiders 3 Super Bowl Championships, because they've been pitiful for 9 years.

It's kinda like bragging that your dad has a big schlong when your own is somewhat unremarkable.

Dude, you admitted you went to Wikipedia to look up the number of Super Bowls the Packers had won and still managed to get it wrong. I mean, I love that you keep comparing that to me slightly misspelling the name of a baseball player from the 1950's but...it's a bit embarrassing.

Just Pat* fans saying a lot of stupid shit because they're salty.

Certainly part of it! I'm always salty when my team loses.

I'm not really embarrassed. It was an honest mistake, I already went over what happened and admitted it.

You've actually have lost the argument and continue reverting back to the beginning/pictures of Bobby Thomson instead of admitting defeat.

I'm assuming you're talking about the championships argument because I already admitted like four times I was obviously wrong about the number of Packers' championships.

How exactly did I lose that argument?

No ones discussing anything, they're mocking you.

Somehow that still seems preferable to being a Bears fan.

Mark Anderson's had a strange career, great rookie year and then basically disappeared. Definitely flashed this year, guess he stopped being a bitch.

I kind of wonder how much of his success came from playing on a team that generally forced other teams to pass. He's pretty damn one dimensional.

Try to resign Lofton but tag Grimes. If Lofton walks, it'll be a loss but Nolan's defenses are defined by the line and secondary play so Grimes would be a bigger loss.

I agree with this.

So much uncertainty with this team going into the offseason. I feel like we could easily take a step or 2 back this upcoming season.

It looks as though Jake Ballard will join Travis Beckum with a torn ACL. Tight End was already a need but it just became an even bigger one (plenty of mocks have us taking Dwight Allen). Bear Pascoe is it at the position right now and I doubt either of them will be ready...

He had no dimensions with the Bears. I don't know, maybe it was the change of scenery, was definitely used more on passing downs with the Pats. Looked pretty explosive. Pretty much the end of the road if he didn't show up this year, maybe he got lucky.

Read that he was a flat out bitch with the Bears.
