and lose. Surprise! defense still sucks.

I'm finally home and have full internet!!
Their defense sucked last year but if they can fix the cycling and get their roiding back to where to should be, then anything is possible.

When does Aaron's painkiller addiction go public?
Hopefully that is what gets the media attention and not the texts of pictures of his very small wang.

Glad that you're better. Did you end up streaming the game or paying?

I paid the 10 dollars for the TV. Friend of mine paid me a visit and watched it with me so it was worth the money.

I took solace with the cost in the fact that another friend wanted us to pay 40 dollars a head to go to some guy's Super Bowl party.

What would he have to do to be as beloved as Brent was or is that simply impossible?
Sling and slang more. Be more of a kid out there. Go to the Vikings.

I forget about the INT record. That one might be the one passing record from the current and past era that actually stands the test of time. Ben is eventually going to set a record for being sacked that will also be tough to beat.
Yeah, the INT record isn't going anywhere. And as for the sack record, Favre set the bar pretty high... although I think Ben deserves it more.

Ben will get it if he can keep playing. I wonder if he is going to be a junkie like Brent was in a few years. Now the Niner organization and the Romanowski family might call it "vitamins", but people in the real world know that they are just drugs.

Rodgers has played behind some bad lines but he will never rack up those kind of sack numbers because he will throw the ball away and is also way too fragile to take that kind of abuse over an entire season.

So much potential for a troll pic..

If fragile is another word for intelligent.

what i'm getting from this is that nicks got jack hammered for an hour and then the guy finished all over his face
Yeah. Totally jack hammered to the tune of 10 catches for 109 yards. He totally lost that battle. You're just mad there's no chest shitting involved in the ad!

Maybe in New England.

Now Rodgers' intelligence* might not be as great or as big as Brady's, but he is still pretty intelligent and he gets injured easily.

* In this post guess what word intelligence is a synonym for?

Wouldn't it be funny if Rodgers careers mirrors Brent's exactly? One SB win, one loss and many MVPs and indefinite and immediate access to the crotches of sports writers and Madison Avenue.

After Rodgers threw his probowl teammates under the bus I am starting to believe this could come to pass.

Where do the Vikings send the private jet?

To Newark Airport, first.

I was going to say balls, but you mentioned Brady.

So Mark Herzlich apparently tweeted this as the Giants uniform next year?

I would imagine it had to be a joke considering it looks like a better photoshopped version of the fakes that were running around. Right? Right? Plus I would have to think that Nike would show these images with the new cleats/gloves.

I think they would also eliminate the Schutt branding from the helmet for the promotional material.

When will Chris Nolan's overrated Batman movies stop ruining things? That damn Batmobile

Giants home games

New Orleans Saints
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Cleveland Browns
Pittsburgh Steelers
Green Bay Packers
Dallas Cowboys (Div.)
Philadelphia Eagles (Div.)
Washington Redskins (Div.)

Who's gonna open up against us?

Please let it be Josh Needs Cakes....

They will open it up with the Cowboys, not even a question.

Are there any weapons left for Peyton to use in Washington? Cooley's on the back side of his career isn't he, and Santana Moss is Santana Moss.

Better to suck it up and admit you were wrong about Kolb than to just kill your teams chances for next season in order to prove some kind of point.

Grossman will be the star wideout or Stallworth will just kill everyone before the game.

That would be hilarious if Cards got Manning after giving up so much for Kolb

I'm pretty sure the Cards could still get out of the situation without having to pay Kolb the full amount. Bidwell is a stingy bastard though, and the guy obviously does not give a fuck about winning so who knows.

Bill Parcells influenced Ricky Williams retirement decision

Omar Kelly of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel offers some insight into Ricky Williams' abrupt retirement from football. Williams reportedly received a text from Bill Parcells stating, "Don't chase this thing too long. You can contribute in other ways."

Apparently Williams' retirement announcement caught the Ravens by surprise and leaves their running back corps in flux. Williams still looked good when he got his opportunities this year and it would not be a surprise, given his history, if he changes his mind again and unretires.

Interesting, wonder why Tuna would text him that

Randle has the ability to return punts and he’s a legitimate verticle threat. The producitivity for Randle was sporadic, but that was often due to the poor QB play he had to deal with.

Don't know if you got a chance to listen to the Peter King podcast, but he and Warner go over that play in detail

-Play is designed to go to the right to Nicks? Can't remember who it was designed to go to

-Backside go route to Manningham never an option against Cover 2. Can't back shoulder as corner is underneath and safety's lone job is to stop that throw

-Purpose of the backside route is if they roll defense right into a Cover 1

-David Carr says every time they ran it in practice it went to the right

-Eli looking right made the safety hesitate just enough to give him a shot at Manningham

-Warner would have never thrown it. Not like the safety bit on a look off, just a little slow in getting there

-One foot in any direction and that pass is intercepted or incomplete

-Warner said by the end of his career he knew he could make any throw he needed to, and the throw that Eli made is simply a throw that is impossible to complete

Did those guys read this piece first? Was this the play: http://www.grantland.com/blog/the-t.../BLHotel-120206/draw-it-up-super-bowl-edition
