The Bucs were already a playoff team and Gruden gets the Dungy built, league's best defense. The NFL realignment moved them out of a conference with Chicago and Green Bay and put them in the new NFC South. He then faces his previous team the very next year, who didn't even change the names of plays for some stupid reason.
