When football is run by yours rules they'll do that. Right now refs separate ppl to prevent fights you see it all the time, a player pushes at all a ref they are gone.

Refs have been terrible calling the personal fouls on out-of-bounds plays this year. You can't throw the flag if the tackle is started while the player is still in-bounds.
