I figured it out...Cutler is playing Eli in fantasy, they're tied up with only their QBs left to play, and they have each other as their QBs!

Definitely reminds me of South Park's little league episode.

9!

The NFL record for sacks in a game is 12 and has been done 5 times:

1) Dallas vs. Pittsburgh, Nov. 20, 1966
2) St. Louis vs. Baltimore, Oct. 26, 1980
3) Chicago vs. Detroit, Dec. 16, 1984
4) Dallas vs. Houston, Sept. 29, 1985
5) NY Giants vs. Philadelphia, Sept. 29, 2007

history incoming... :(

Edited: Bold teams are the teams doing the sacking.

Here's a theory from the ESPN Boards:

Cutler likes getting tackled by big muscular men while wearing pink

:lol

OMG CATCH THE FUCKING BALL!

People shitting on Eli, there's your answer. He's upright and he passes only to have the WR drop the fucking pass.

are these combined sacks in a game or team sacks in a game and since Dallas is on there twice what side did they fall into?

That was one play. He's been inaccurate on a half dozen throws already.

Next half they should literally do nothing but give the ball to Bradshaw :lol
And the Bears should just punt on first down. Their special teams advantage plus the pathetic Giants offense could result in some points.

edit: Does Martz not have a 3 step drop in his offense?
