NFL Week 9 2010|OT| - Did we step into a time warp?

Holy fuck at them having to cut so much from the playbook, I wonder if it is just because Mcnabb does want to put in the time needed, or if it is something else.

Quick questions, what is that site to stream games from? I know it is ad...something but I always forget.

Edit: Also who is Rivers going to throw to? Adam_Schefter: Chargers WR Malcom Floyd is INactive as is Chargers WR Legedu Naanee. Both INactive.

I'm not looking forward to the texans game today...

we always have our ass handed to us by them

After that coaching debacle on Monday my hopes for a good season are gone. I still love my Texans but this whole Kubiak being completely average year after year is wearing me down. Its scary because this year is playing out just like past years where we come out strong, go on a 3-5 game losing streak then finish up strong to be 8-8/9-7 and of course saving Kubiaks job for another year.

He called Manning asking this question. Manning just LOL'ed and said "Dude! Its the Texans defense. Throw to the damn waterboy and they wont defend it."

Philip Rivers is the only guy who could possibly challenge Peyton Manning for MVP this year. If he somehow drags that sorry ass team to the playoffs, that's a frickin' miracle. Everyone sucks but him!

I doubt he didn't put the work in. He has been notorious for taking a long time to pick up a playbook. Even the Eagles playbook. I remember they claimed he only learned it or mastered it in his 3-4rth year. As much as I love the guy, he just might be slow or dumb. He had a low wonderlic score (sp?). At this point he won't be back next season and probably only has a future on a team that runs the same offense he has been in for 11 yrs.

Lynch, Forsett or Snelling?

I am leaing towards Lynch cos he's the starter and they are using a first-time starter at QB. On the other hand, Giants D is tough and Seattle will probably get blown out so Forsett could play more (he is also the better back IMO). Snelling doesn't start but I could see him scoring on Tampa. Plus the Seachickens o-line is horrendous

Thoughts? BTW I'm starting Woodhead at the other RB and Braylon Edwards as my flex. I have Blair White on the bench

There are quite a few games Im really looking forward to this week. The Dallas Cowboys are not included in any of those. Lets go Bucs!

Vick VS Indy, Sanchez vs Detroit or Cassel Vs Oakland? I feel crazy not to start Vick but I'm not sure he's getting all the snaps and those other two match ups are nice, even if you'll say what you will about Sanchize.

Take it with a grain of salt, this seems to be a continuation of the same bullshit Shanahan has pulled since he got to Washington. Remember all the Albert Hainesworth nonsense that got "leaked" to the media?

It's one part knock against McNabb and one part ego stroking. "McNabb is having trouble learning the masterfully complex and amazing offensive system me and my son have developed."

It's a classless move.

You'll regret this by the end of the day.

That's a good day for the Packers. Quit whining.
That's just the list for this week (the most important game of the season). There are tons of others out. :| And your team can spare players. Weak teams with their few stars out are doomed.

Wait, why is the Houston/San Diego game an early game today? Is that right?
Well it is in Houston... But yeah that's what I see on my guide too. My ESPN Scorecenter iPhone app concurs. SD better fucking win.

I have a tougher call, I have Vick VS Indy, Flacco VS Miami, or Stafford VS Jets. I don't know what to do. :/

My fantasy team is going to get destroyed today.

S. Jackson, B.Lloyd, S.Moss on bye
A.Gates, D.Williams out
I already dropped Heap to fill in another wr spot.

I'm running two men down this week :(

Gonna be sloppy, I better see some people getting punched in the mouth

Man, I don't believe half of these Moss stories. They all just sound like after-the-fact justifications like when a bad breakup happens.

They sounds like Moss being Moss after getting out from under Belicheat's thumb to me.

The deli owner confirmed the previous story, by the way. He was on Eisen's podcast

Let's go Billssssss wooooooooo!!

Jordy Nelson any good? I need to start him or Hartline against Balt :X
I got Nelson in atm.

I would go Hartline. He's been loosing starts to Bess, but our secondary is so poor that a #3 is actually not that bad of a play. If you guys go behind, you're going to be throwing a ton too.

But Nelson is #2 with Driver out. I think it;d be silly to take a #3 over 2 any time. And Nelson is on the level with Hess with a better QB throwing to him, especially against the questionable pass D in Dallas.
