Who else is going to do any better from inside the organization? The whole coaching staff should be gutted right after the whistle blows in the final game. Firing Wade now doesn't make any sense even if they are playing with no desire to win even a single play. I'd like to see Jason Garrett be called up as interim HC just so I can laugh at how awful he is, but JJ should stick with Wade.
