This is a taste of what would happen if the Cowboys played in the SEC week after week.

And the browns deserve every bit of that incoming praise.eznark said:You realize the only team that will be talked about this week has three total wins
Collins led with his shoulder.... aimed for his back. Roy was falling backwards. Do you really think that guys have the reflexes, state of mind, and body control to barrel roll before they make a hit on the sideline?linkboy said:If a player is up in the air, they have little to no control over their body. When someone comes flying in full speed like a missile and leads with their head (like Collins did), there's a damn good chance to seriously injure someone.
A proper tackle requires the defender to wrap the ballcarrier up and drive through them. To many defenders today go straight for the big hit and don't tackle. Running full speed into and launching yourself into someone who has no control in your body will get someone hurt, or even worse killed.
I don't have a problem with the NFL protecting players, its how their enforcing these rules. They're not consistant at all.

:lol Those things aren't of my concern. As long as Dallas gets beat down, they can have Flynn in there for all I care.Gigglepoo said:I disagree. They needed to take our Rodgers five minutes ago.
They deserve more talk than the Cowboys. And it was a huge upset with some awesome plays.eznark said:You realize the only team that will be talked about this week has three total wins

Gigglepoo said:God damnit, Collinsworth! Aaron Rodgers is not elite. Just stop this nonsense.

Obviously, until he wins a playoff game he's just a statistically dope QBI <3 Memes said:Collinsworth is right. Aaron Rodgers is good, but not quite to the level of a Brady or Favre yet.
My bad I thought you meant the browns.:lol :loleznark said:SUCK A DDDDDDDDDDDDD fmt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Vikings over Cardinals at home is a huge upset?

DY_nasty said:he did 'kinda' lead with his head, but it wasn't a malicious hit or anything like that. i don't get how people think that helmets aren't supposed to be used when one of the first things kids learn in pop warner is to put your helmet on the ball when you're tackling. then they tell you to lower your pads as an offensive player. the whole culture is built around lowering your head/shoulders and delivering a hit with your body weight behind it...
a wr coming down on the sideline? knock him the fuck out at all costs. don't go and ray lewis the guy, that shit ain't cool, but by all means deliver the biggest hit possible. 'wrapping up' isn't gonna knock that ball loose.
Seattle's tied for the lead in that division, right?Celsior said:So who is worse

And some are born to be LB coaches...SingletaryMechDX said:Collingworth really mention Capers as a head coach candidate??:lol
Some guys are born to be co-ordinators (Capers, Kubiak, Philips,etc...) and some may become good head coaches.
