Well, either I can post later on and be happy to see Boston take it to 7 games, or I'm staying away from this thread for a while in fear of the amount of Canucks celebration that will happen. Either way, if there was one player out of both teams that deserves the cup, it is Thomas by far. Hopefully he gets the Con Smythe no matter what happens. Go Bruins, but if you are going to lose, lose tonight just so we can get this over with, if you take it to game 7 you must win!!!

I am really hoping Vancouver wins it tonight because I don't want it to go to a game 7 but I am looking forward to the game tonight but you would be celebrating just as much if your team was in it, so I don't know why you would stay away from the thread.

The Bruins will survive tonight to prolong their fans suffering. They like to do that.
I do expect tonight's game will be competitive and a lot closer than Games 3 or 4.

I predicted game 6, but its looking unlikely. Smart money is against vancouver, but BRING IT HOME BOYS LETS GO
CUP, CUP, CUP CUP CUP CUP, CUP, CUP, CUP, CUP CUP
EVERYBODY

EDIT: I love the audioslave starting in boston, definately a different atmosphere than the vancouver games. Not better or worse, just different.

TIME OF GLORY AND DESTINY IS UPON US.

The Canucks think they've won. That it's over. NOTHING IS OVER UNTIL WE DECIDE IT IS!

Was it over when the Germans' bombed Pearl Harbor? HELL NO! And it aint over now!!

Burrows? ...DEAD!
Lapierre? ... DEAD!
Vancouver? ...DEAD!!!

LETS GO B"S!!!!

Game time!!!!! GO CANUCKS GO!!!!! If this goes to 7, I'll be so damn nervous.

Prediction time..... fuck. I don't know. What I want is a Canucks win... 3-1... what my nervous self thinks will happen, Bruins win 4-2.

Hypothetical question:

If you were at a potential Cup-clinching game, and the visitor won on your team's ice, would you stay to watch the celebration? I know that's a once in a lifetime thing to see, but I don't think I could stay. I've seen the Bruins eliminated from the playoffs three times and I was out of that building as fast as fucking possible... I don't think the Cup would change that for me.

Time to get some Sharks-style Bruins magic going on in here

I've watched the Sharks be eliminated once in my life (against the Avs, holy shit how long ago was that?).

I stuck around for every second of the hand-shake.

I'm pretty sure I'd do the same for the Cup.

Would depend on the other team, but probably leave. Also this guy who sings for Boston, he just wreaks of every Masshole stereotype I've ever heard. I want to get a bunch of Jersey Italians and go and beat him up in an alley or something....

Boychuk just destroying and laying waste

hope he's not seriously hurt
