Boris isn't dangerous, he's not a racist, he's not a bad man, he's just a mere buffoon. Everyone thought the buffoonery was a cover-up for something more intelligent and sinister, but this turned out not to be the case after Gove royally did him over.
Farage on the other hand is dangerous, is racist, isn't a particularly nice chap, and is very much in line with Trump's ideology but with less money and power.
Boris Johnson got diet racism on point tho on a couple of occasions.

A fairly thick Glaswegian accent can sound rough at times even when you are being friendly. I guess it's part of the reason we can get away using an insulting word as a term of endearment... Because even if we used a kind, friendly word, we'd still sound like we were being aggressive! People therefore don't take it seriously.
