I saw the normal boxart and went "Hey this kinda looks like Ghibli, but different.". Guess I was right. More or less.

Level 5 is awesome, dont know how they did it but great job getting Ghibli's design team. i also think this is the first time ever for Ghibli's collaboration for a game.

It wasn't a full-on Ghibli thing, I believe, but the mediocre PSone Pokemon RPG Jade Cocoon had character designs by Ghibli's main character designer, Kondo.

Does it really matter? It's drawn after all. I love Ghibli movies, but they honestly are not better in HD. No movie is. A good movie is a good movie is a good movie - neither a bigger screen nor a higher resolution will change that fact. Metropolis and M are excellent movies, and there's not even color.

And it's also still a game after all - they should do what's best for the gameplay.
