Nintendo Dev Roundtable ["We are working very hard on Pikmin."]

Next question talks about how he just beat Spirit Tracks on the plane and wants to know if the whip originated in Spirit Tracks or Skyward Sword. He gushes about the whip item at length.

You know what, fuck you

Seems a little bit shorter but still fine. 8-10 hours?

EDIT: I should add that's with WiFi turned off. Wireless does kill the battery pretty badly.

Not bad...
Considering the gaming to be done, and possibly watching 2 hour movies
3 if you count Avatar

Aonuma said the whip originated in Spirit Tracks, and that the same person is handling the mechanic in Skyward Sword.

Miyamoto says he does get a bit tired playing it at the office.

Next question wonders if the developers worry that the sword fighting mechanic will tire out players.

Hard hitting

Wouldnt the Xenoblade question be something to ask Reggie (or someone at NOA) and not Miyamoto?
Reggie doesn't know shit and will dodge the question entirely. I think we are really more likely to get something out of Miyamoto or a Japanese Nintendo rep.

Only if you play with the screen brightness on "OW MY EYES!". If you turn it down to the same level as the DS Lite it's actually better.

Well, I'm just going by the official specs. I haven't noticed much of a difference really.

The last couple of questions have been horrible.

To be fair though, the Xenoblade demands wouldn't really be appropriate here. Miyamoto and the rest of the panelists don't really have any major involvement with the game, let alone the localization of it.

What a worthless Q&A.

Only good question was about the orchestrated music, and at least we got an answer.
