HYPA HYPA
Thanks for adding me. And great choice of placement for Thunder Monkey! From where is the original ship image?

Just thinking about the possibility of playing GameCube games on the Wii U in the near future gets me excited.

I'm really hoping they do one of those "...and at the end of this video (insert random games) will be available to download on the eShop" things.

Alright, add me on hype train. Please make sure that you would put me in the air where I will gliding safe away from explosion from overhyped. :P

Also put me near to Smash since I'm mostly hyped for. PRETTY PLEASE!

It would be a huge missed sales oppurtunity if they dont. This direct is going to have a lot more viewers than a normal direct.

This should be the official theme of the Hype Ship:

http://youtu.be/KYhmHovdBxY

"E3. The final frontier. These are the voyages of the Neogaf Hype Ship. It's four day mission: to contain all excitement, to create new GIFs and new memes, and to boldly hype as no man has done before."

Thunder Monkey, as your No. 1 fan and the president of the Thunder Monkey Fan Club, I must say: What game do you most want to see from Nintendo at E3?
I've been wanting to see Retro try something completely out of the Nintendo wheelhouse.

My go to answer to that is open world Mach Rider. Very little history so huge open book on what they could do with it.

Hopefully the new Mario game keeps up with his astounding legacy.

I know most of the media is focused on the other two consoles, and while we don't have any insiders to generate hype, I see that we're capable of doing that ourselves. Hopefully, the games hold up in the face of the other two behemoths.

When I think about it I wonder how could they not do this on Wii? It would have been literally free money. The hardware supports it, they could just put the games out on the e shop for free.

oddly enough last year I convinced myself Retro would reveal exactly that at the conference...I had forgotten all about it until now. I'm a big fan of Vigilante 8 so making something similar, but open world and in a mad max like setting could be amazing.
