I still think it's plausible that he's gone to an embargoed NoE preview event for the European press who couldn't make it to E3. Still, no matter whether he knows a damn thing, you have to take everything he says with a tablespoon of salt, so it's not worth getting hyped over his tweets.

These events usually occur a few weeks AFTER E3 for the obvious reason that European press loves to leak EVERYTHING. E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G. Seriously, ask any US games press person about Euro press.

What happened to the Nintendo rumour-bringers from previous years? I remember in my lurking days reading Wii U info from guys like IdeaMan and bgassassain, and I'm pretty sure there have been software leaks.
This year, nothing. I'm not suggesting I want anything spoiled at this late stage but I'm surprised NOTHING has emerged.
I remember hopping online the night before an E3 and seeing photos of a Mario silhouette behind a curtain, and I never read this until after the reveal but IGN announced DKCR the day before.

I don't even know if I'll be getting a Wii U (fuck it I'll have to when Smash comes out), but man, I cannot wait to see Nintendo games in HD. I can't believe it's been half a year and we still barely know what Nintendo games will look like.

Nintendo most always reaches E3 with surprises intact. NSMBWii was probably one of the biggest leaks they have ever had, followed by IGN getting the scoop on a Retro-developed Donkey Kong three days before E3 and Matt C. (also from IGN) leaking that a Mature Zelda would be shown (Twilight Princess) right before the start of Nintendo's conference.
Other then that, the Nintendo Ninjas have been near flawless at their job.
