Nintendo Everything: Bayo 1 will be on a separate disc with Bayonetta 2 in NA as well

Good. I wanted to play Bayonetta again but I hate my Xbox 360 and it's already packed away, so this is perfect.
 
Awesome! This was actually the one thing holding me back from making Bayo2 a surefire purchase. I don't want to buy a new hard drive to use with my Wii U and I don't want to take up a quarter of my SD card on one game.

If you liked Bayo you'll like The Wonderful 101. It won't click right away but once it does click it's absolutely magical.

If you do get TW101, it will take some time to click with the way you use the unite Morphs, but once it does, it's very satisfying. MSRP is $30, so I would say it's very worth it. Avoid the demo though, as it's not a good representation of the game.
 
I wanted to try Bayo 1 before playing Bayo 2 but now I get both for the same price :D

You made me go from "hmm idk" to "I will buy this soon"

Wonderful 101 is great. There are a lot of minigames and gimmicky sections that kind of kill the pacing at points (and are a pain during replays) but the core combat is excellent. The gameplay is very creative.

Bayonetta is still their best game. It's easily one of the best action games ever made. If you liked Metal Gear Rising, it will blow you away.

What if I want Bayo 2 digital but Bayo 1 physical?

Or the opposite?

I didnt like it, but its a very unique game. I just picked up a wii U recently and beyond the ninty 1st party stuff theres a ton of good 3rd party launch window stuff that is dirt cheap now. Got tekken tag 2 and zombi U for $10 each brand new with free shipping on eBay.
 
I expect a big ass thread of Gaffer photos of buying this, don't be all hype and no purchase and shit the cheap ass gamers who still wait on price drops I know you guys will be like that

Best Platinum game IMO..


Be careful though, after "abusing" my gampad touch screen, I damaged it from the corners and now it doesn't click so well on the corners..


The battles in TW101 get pretty hectic and all that excitement translated into my inputs on the gampad touch screen :(


Eitherway this is great news...Nintendo is checking all the right boxes with Bayo2 ...now we need that monstrous marketing..
 
Good news, but I don't know what the article is citing when it says Nintendo has confirmed it. I will pre-order once there's official confirmation though.

Honestly this game will probably bomb and nosedive in price. Wouldnt be a bad idea to wait but Ill be there day 1.
 
I don't get it, what was everyone fearing Ninty was going to do? Put both games into a single disc or digital app? What's wrong with that?

Watch the Nintendo Direct with Kamiya. If it looks appealing, buy it.

I'm not gonna say if you like Bayonetta or MGR because these are traditional action games while W101 is very eccentric and I've accepted its not for everyone.

We initially heard Bayo1 was going to be redeemed as a digital title in NA.

Why some people wouldn't be happy with that, specifically in regards to the Wii U, should be self-explanatory.

People assumed Nintendo was going to give out a code for Bayo 1 with physical copies of Bayo 2. Because that's what we were told was going to happen.
