Actually, this IS the Red Bull Flugtag. Nintendo of Canada participated in the event held in Ottawa a few weeks ago.

How did you miss it? It's in the title of the video, the words 'red bull flugtag' are overlayed over the screen multiple times and there's a big Red Bull logo over the water.
