Nintendo sure loves Isabelle

It's probably not, but it's actually kind of weird. It partially triggers some anxiety, one I've had since I first revisited an old town in the GCN version. It's probably related to my general social anxieties in some way (though those haven't bothered me in any serious manner in years).

Odd triggers I guess.

Daisy and Nikki are planning their revenge as we speak.

Daisy was supposed to be the "other princess" not a palette swap and Nikki was supposed to the social butterfly until Isabelle stole it from her and Niiki was fired was unrelated circumstances.

Yeah, MH4 is like the anti-Animal Crossing in terms of gameplay, haha. Although I suppose there's still a collecting aspect to it!

On a side note, Isabelle's name is pun: "Is - A - Bell," referring to her bell-shaped head! :-O
 
Isabelle is voted as no1 favorite in the Animal Crossing Plaza. Nintendo are just smart enough to exploit her to the max

and I love paying for it

(edit) I like Isabelle as much as the next AC player, but these people jumping to her defense by a random person trolling... This is the original and deepest meaning of the word 'moe', before it was supplanted by big eyed girls with mental and social impairments.

People were being creepy as fuck about her in the New Leaf thread when that game came out, and whenever I see Isabelle I'm constantly reminded of that.

Yeah, that whole 'lewd' thing that was somehow concentrated in the New Leaf thread was really off putting... Think that was a bunch of sexually repressed teenagers. They'll ruin anything good if you let them (RIP Sonic!), so best not to think too hard on them.
 
I am expecting her to be in the eventual Animal Crossing U and to be a DLC character for Smash 3DS/Wii U (even though she is an AT already).
