Nintendo's E3 eShop Sale

DeeDeeDee's Drum Dash is my definite buy.

Mario and Luigi Paper Jam is very tempting at that price, though I never did fully complete Dream Team. Story of Seasons is also tempting since I know the second one is on the horizon. As for Majora's Mask... I didn't like Ocarina of Time much at all, so I don't know. I love Link Between Worlds, Link to the Past, Link's Awakening, the Oracle games... The top-down stye suits me better when it comes to Zelda games.

Although I have most of these, this is the best Nintendo sale they have put out.

Edit: I wish starfox 64 3D was there...this has never been on sale. Ever.

Because they're all still quite "new" so why would they discount them yet?

Because Europe and Japan already have in the past, during launch (50% discount for buying more than one). The Japanese 5th anniversary sale currently has discounts on various SNES 3DS VC games. NOA is still the odd one out.

Been waiting all day for this. I'm in for Paper Mario, Fast Racing NEO, Pokemon TCG, A link to the past, and maybe Majora's Mask 3D, Wind Waker HD, Oracle of Seasons/Ages.

Edit: Those are some crazy good deals for Smash.

No UK is disappointing
Smash is 35% off and also has the just for you thing going so might be 41% off.

But otherwise I agree that the lack of regional cohesion when it comes to these sales is both confusing and annoying but it seems like America is the odd one out not having a 5 years of eShop sale but only an E3 sale.

Was quite excited to get Pokemon Pinball, but it seems to only be available for the Wii U. I guess that it isn't available on the 3DS for some asinine reason.

Tempted to finally grab Smash for $35 buuuut there's a reason I never bought it before.

Between this, the E3 PSN sale, and the steamsale next week I'm hurting

It is rumored that Smash and Splatoon will get ports on the NX. That alone is a huge incentive not to buy them digitally for the Wii U.

I mean you could wait a whole year to play them or you could just play them now. It's not like these games need any touch up anyway. Splatoon looks great at 720p and runs at 60fps and Smash is 1080p and 60fps and both games run very well, still heavily supported online and are some of the best games the Wii U offers.

Time to pick up DBZ. They recently patched in online, right?

I want a lot of those games :( How's the Dragon Ball Z game? I loved the super sonic warrior games on GBA and DS

DBZ must be worth $15, right?

Me personally, I bought to for $20 a few months in another Nintendo Sale and was really disappointed. The Story mode is the same regurgitated story from every DBZ medium, the combat seems to lack that "ArcSys" flair you expect from them, the battles are way to short cause of the quickly reducing single life bar, the big special moves have stupid barriers to perform them (you can't simply charge up, you have to go up to 200% for a meter which you can only get to that after having your health get so low) and overall the whole presentation just seems rushed with no English voice acting and pretty bare bones single player content. But hey, there's a demo on the eShop. If your fine with the mechanics on it and playing pretty much that only then go for it for $15.

Was hoping for Metroid Fusion and Zero Mission to go on sale. :(

I believe Fusion is available through MyNintendo so if you get some of these on sale you might have enough points to get it for free.

Why is Nintendo so opposed to good sales?

As said before, in terms of Nintendo products these are pretty decent. $40 and under is usually my threshold for buying Nintendo games on sale. Everywhere else $25 and under.

Not bad, but there are several other titles I'd like to get for cheap too, like Pilotwings Resort and Kirby Triple Deluxe.

Got my 1TB, time to finally bite on the Windwaker remake.

Everyone who doesn't own fast racing, now is the time. NOW IS THE TIME.

This is one of the first Nintendo sales that's actually felt like a sale, though I guess I own everything I'd want to buy already.

Been hoping for a decent deal on Wonderful 101 as retail copies are higher than I'd like to pay and I'd go digital if they dropped it a bit.

so how is DBZ?
VERY solid game but gets old quickly. Good for 30 min play sessions.

The soundtrack is phenomenal and Bardock fights like a savage.

This would have been a good sale if I didn't already own all the things I was interested in.

Definitely check out the Oracle games, very good.

Really weak sale. No discount on Earthbound, although I guess the 3DS version wouldn't have been on sale anyways. The Oracle games are the only ones I'd even consider at these prices.
