"And as you travel further towards the center of the GALAXY, things become more mutated, and the crazier things exist there."
GALAXY
Well, there we have it... or do we?!
Before actual release? No way he'd respond. Is there anyway to contact Sean to get him to clear this up in some sort of way? Twitter maybe?

The problem is that there might not be a center on of the UNIVERSE. Just multiple galaxies.
Then you should find it, since if it was actually proof of anything that would stop everyone from pointing out that this is your theory. If you are referencing the interview I think you are referencing with Sean than he seems to use the word Galaxy and Universe interchangeably. For instance in response to the question of if it was possible to reach the center of the universe he said something along the lines of - yes and we want people to be impressed by hoe hard that would be we want people to be awed by the size of the Galaxy Map-.
As someone is going to buy the game I am disappointed by the ease of surviving and the commonness of life. Those two were definitely at least misrepresented.
Nothing changed. It will take you hundreds of hours to get to the centre of the universe.
If you slow it down and play in reverse it actually says universe, though.
It's no longer a theory, it's been verified by the guy playing the game. Sean said it would get stranger as you get closer to the centre of the universe. So who's lying Sean Murray or the guy who's on his second galaxy?
Just like the game itself, the next galaxy doesn't really exist. It's seeded on reaching the centre of the first galaxy. It's like a string of pearls if you will but one pearl is added and the other is taken away as you progress through the universe. During this journey the algorithm will take more liberties as Sean has said.
How do you know this. What are you basing this on?Well, yeah, there isn't really a centre of the universe because it's a string of galaxies. It's not infinite though so we know it comes to an end at some point. Let's say you can get to the centre of the very last galaxy and call that 'the end'. But Sean Murray has called it the centre of the universe and who am I to argue with that?
I guess it's impossible to argue it at this point, but just don't get too disappointed if there's no center of the universe in the game.

So either this guy who played the game is a dumb idiot who doesn't know what he's doing or Sean Murray is a worse version of Peter Molyneux....
So much fuckery. I'm here for all of it.
People are kidding themselves if they think they're going to land on 400-500 planets and still be spending hours on planets 100 to 500. You might spend hours on your first one or even the first 10, but be realistic.
Five months later. Lister stared out of the sleeping quarters' viewport window and saw nothing. Just a few, very distant stars, and an awful lot of black. It was pretty much the same view he'd had for the past twenty-one weeks. At first he'd found it awe-inspiring. Then, slowly, that had given way to just plain dull. Then very dull. Then deeply dull. And now it was something below deeply dull, and even below deeply, hideously dull: a word for which had yet to be devised."
Now you're challenging me in it being infinite? Let's face it, you just want to disagree. That's just the hype train of E3. He's said in interviews it's not really infinite just bloody big. I also think you'll find that 18 quintillion doesn't represent infinity.
How do you know this. What are you basing this on?
Source it.The guy who played it and Sean Murray.
Someone posted it here to prove my speculation was right. It could be anywhere now lol. He's on reddit though but be warned it's buried in what could be spoiler territory.
Source it.
ugh... I don't want to be spoiled tho. But you seems to confident to be wrong and to have this thread against you and you keep going saying this is true. So #WantToBelieve #TeamGrunger #Blessed?

So, one minute you're saying "But Sean said this...!", the next, "oh yeah, he lied that one time, but it's no big deal". Come on man.
Another gripe I have right now with the claims on the game before release is this whole "it gets weirder the closer to the middle you get." If you're like me, you expected some seriously obvious inclinations that this was happening as you progressed, and for me... I haven't seen much in the way of difference as I went. The ONLY ONLY ONLY big difference, and honestly the only reason I pushed it so hard, was the weapon crates you saw in the Trade video with the guns for trade improve in quality as you go further in. So, for me, my basic logic was... the sooner I get to the area at the middle, the sooner I have the best multi tool, so why wait?

L's to the chest are going to be served cold.. We just need to see who's going to get them.
Sean said that the algorithm throws up ever stranger creatures are planets as you get nearer the centre and I have no reason to doubt him. This guy said he saw no visible differences during his playthough of the first galaxy. All it takes is adding 2 + 2 to see the likely answer.
Gonna call you out on this again since you didn't respond to me. I already posted a video where Sean talks about things getting stranger as you get closer to the center of the GALAXY. Where is the video where he talks about things getting stranger as you get closer to the center of the universe?

so, what's in the center?
There was always confusing messaging about it being either a universe of a galaxy. He said that one of his staff changed it to galaxy but it's a universe. We then found out that originally it was based on a 32 bit integer but they moved to a 64 bit integer. I would say that originally it was going to be a galaxy but they decided to make it a universe which is why the messaging got confused.
So do you think that the 18 quintillion planets are in that linear chain? If so, nobody will ever get there. The time needed would be absurd. Even if it was a galaxy per second, the numbers are too great.
Hahaaa

So Gribble, are you just gonna ignore this:
Ok I don't understand the reference?
so, what's in the center?
LMAO this is good.
