Hahahaha
no... don't lock it.
would much prefer variable frame rate between 40 and 50 than locked 30.
i do not understand why so many people want games locked?
Me neither. I always prefer more frames where I can get them. Definitely keep the variable framerate as default and offer an option to lock it if possible. No problem with variable framerates.
no, i'm not, not being serious.are you not being serious or something
Hopefully they'll give an option for it like Killzone.
variable famerates always suck. lock it at 30 if it cant do 45 or 60
:/
I just finished tomb raider on ps4 and had zero issues with the unlocked framerate.
I have my doubts. They could have done it with the PS3, but they didn't. I guess if people complain a lot about it, they might do it.
Actually, how many games besides KZ SF allow you to lock framerate on consoles?

Tomb Raider mostly hits 60 fps (or just below). It's basically on par with last gen Call of Duty titles in terms of performance.I just finished tomb raider on ps4 and had zero issues with the unlocked framerate.

"feels like 60FPS"
That was, because it dropped to the low 20s. That's of course noticable.
But variable FR over 30 FPS is much better than locked 30. At least if it never drops under 30 of course or jumps between 35 and 50 every few seconds.
Aren't there already games with variable, above 30FPS games that don't judder? I haven't seen anything to suggest InFamous will have framerate problems on this hardware that it will need to be locked...
OK, we have 2 feels. Can we have another?![]()
Was DMC on PS3 60FPS? I got it from PS Plus and it ran pretty bad for me.Hopefully this feel will be better than DmC's feel of 60, which was more like the feel and look of 30 and below![]()
I'm all for putting in a lock option for the sensitive types, but I'm perfectly fine with variable framerate for myself, as long as the variation isn't huge.

I didn't have an issue with the framerate in Tomb Raider PS4 so this is good news for me. They should have a lock at 30fps option for those who want it though.

Killzone SF, however, was generally much lower and felt terrible unlocked as a result. If inFamous is the same they should lock it at 30 fps.
