A quick Google search suggests that they're non-entities outside of New Zealand, so it's not exactly surprising that most people here, myself included, haven't heard of them.

Pop star Pop singer Music artist Human Natalia Kills and her husband Willy Moon are getting a lot of backlash the last few hours after delivering a cruel and harsh review of Joe Irvine, the final contestant of the night on the last episode of X Factor New Zealand.

Natalia starts it up by not even commenting on the singing and accuses the contestant for ripping off her husband's supposedly trademark style of a suit and tie and combed back hair.

Her husband didn't hold back either and compared the contestant to Norman Bates, saying he looks ready to murder everyone in the audience.

How do you feel about this disgusting behaviour? Is this just a ploy by Natalia to increase exposure and double her album sales to 20? x

Dead on, I think. This "Joe Irvine" contestant absolutely looks like he's trying to be Patrick Bateman. As he receives their criticism, he oscillates between looking like he's going to burst into tears and stabbing someone with an ice pick. It's a combination of hilarious and terrifying.

Moreover, I just looked up his audition video and he sings like a cunt. I don't know who this "Natalia Kills" is, but she and her husband are very astute judges of talent and appearance.

X-Factor is scripted, but not to the level that you're thinking. I don't think Natalia Kills would intentionally risk torpedoing her career by coming off so delusional and hateful for the sake of an X-Factor NZ script. And, make no mistake, this is definitely not a good moment for her career.
