Oh sweet Jesus, I walked out from an AC'd work place in my slacks and dress shirt and I felt like I slammed head first into a giantic ass that proceeded to explode in a tremendous rip, bringing sweat and tears to my face.

Just left my parents home in PA today to come back home to North VA for work.

Went from hot to hotter.
 
MMmm, Humidity.

Nothing says "Please God, let it all end" like Humid+Scorching Heat.

Not "too" bad here in Birmingham. Low 90's and 50% Humidity. Only feels like a 2 shower type-of-day.

Get back to me when its still like that 60 days from now. I forgot what a cloud looked like last year, and it was STILL humid as shit.

I drove into Philly today for work and it was fucking 100 degrees at 11am!

Thank God I drive a new car and the AC was working like a champ. Too bad when I got back to the office our busted units were barely working.

We should be allowed to wear shorts and flip flops to work once the temp goes over 95.

I had a fun sized hershey in my pocket and fuckin forgot about it. Melted and now my pocket is effectively a choco pocket. Damnit

Today was pretty bad, 100 in Boston. We don't have AC but luckily there's a lot of shade around my house. Still, it was 90f upstairs
 
I think it just crossed 100 today where I live, and Goddam, it was too fucking hot to walk from my house to the car today. Jesus H Christ, soooooo hot! Just breathing the air outside is an exercise in frustration.
 
Tomorrow's forecast - sunny and 105 F. Sweet. It hit about 107 today. I walk around a bit at my job. When I would enter an office building the blast of A/C was incredible (almost scary).
 
After working in a supermarket all day, and spending half the time in the lobby, where it isn't AC'd, I broke down and shaved my head as soon as I got home.

I've had enough of this rubbish.
 
It was 103 today in my city. Everyone was at the movies around 5pm trying to keep cool (I saw Toy Story 3 with my lady). I thought my car tires were going to melt to the road :lol
Its a cool 88 degrees now...and for some reason Con Ed is in full force up the street working on something, eventhough we all still have power. I really hope I don't lose power tonight! :(

cannot wait for the rains to cool things off a bit - I did not sleep last night and now I cannot sleep. I have a nice AC but if I sleep with it I'll wake up fucked up with pain :/

I'm fuckin' dying here in NY. I don't ever remember it getting this bad. then again, I've never been this without AC. I have 3 fans going in my apartment, and I'm still sweating.

Also, I can't sleep, because it's too fucking hot. three days with maybe 4 hours total. I don't think I'll be able to sleep tonight either. I'm this close to just going to work and sleeping there.
 
I'm fucking hot as hell right now and I think I might die tomorrow....eerrr later today when it hits 100 again.

Running errands in northeastern jersey all day today-- wore tank and shorts-- everytime I got out of my car- sweat marks on the leather seats-- and the a/c was blasting.

It was BALLS hot today. Luckily I had my pool and AC to make an otherwise obscenely hot day bearable.
 
I work in a warehouse, and this week, because of the heat wave and humidex, we feel as if it were 48C inside. 10 hour shift. :(

yeah, it's pretty hot here in montreal. not crazy like some other spots but still. I ended up getting some sun yesterday on my balcony. might as well take advantage and try to get rid of my pasty whiteness. so far so good.


It's the middle of the night and I'm about to head off to work in a bit and my apartment, with my 10 000 Btu AC blasting full strength, is 26C inside. damn.
 
Gotta love the beginning of this thread, where people were saying to suck it up. This is an official heat wave, dolts.
