Like I said If i am visiting or living in a country like Japan I'm gonna do some Japanese shit out of respect for their country. For instance Bowing is sign a of respect should i go over there and say " fuck your countries flag and what it stands for I'm not doing this stupid shit" ?

That's not what they said though? They merely said they don't believe in the flag or what it stands for. If you refused to bow to them and said I don't believe in bowing, I doubt they'd go all apeshit and say get out of our country! They'd probably just accept that not everyone follows their traditional greeting. Either that or just look at you funny and do an awkward smile to relieve the tension. POINT IS they wouldn't say get the fuck out of our country.


I honestly do not understand how people get so invested and pissed at what other people choose to do(in this case choose not to do) of it isn't affecting anyone negativley then who cares? I bet even the vet didn't say get the fuck out of the country I was willing to serve with my life.
