Nah. Steam In-House Streaming is Remote Play. You need a device running the game in the first place. It's not a game streaming service.

Considering in home streaming with Steam on 100Mbps connection is laggy and doesn't look as good as native I doubt they will be able to provide it smoothly worldwide.

Got to agree there. Echoing the sentiments of another poster, this really is the antithesis of what a PC gamer needs and wants. This streaming seems to be seeking a market/consumer that doesn't exist.
