Beach man told FBI of alleged Spitzer sexscapades
BY AMY DRISCOLL

Almost four months before Gov. Eliot Spitzer resigned in a sex scandal, a lawyer for Republican political operative Roger Stone sent a letter to the FBI alleging that Spitzer ''used the services of high-priced call girls'' while in Florida.

The letter, dated Nov. 19, said Miami Beach resident Stone learned the information from ''a social contact in an adult-themed club.'' It offered one potentially identifying detail: the man in question hadn't taken off his calf-length black socks ``during the sex act.''

Stone, known for shutting down the 2000 presidential election recount effort in Miami-Dade County, is a longtime Spitzer nemesis whose political experience ranges from the Nixon White House to Al Sharpton's presidential campaign. His lawyer wrote the letter containing the call-girl allegations after FBI agents had asked to speak to Stone, though he says the FBI did not specify why he was contacted.

''Mr. Stone respectfully declines to meet with you at this time,'' the letter states, before going on to offer ''certain information'' about Spitzer.

''The governor has paid literally tens of thousands of dollars for these services. It is Mr. Stone's understanding that the governor paid not with credit cards or cash but through some pre-arranged transfer,'' the letter said.

''It is also my client's understanding from the same source that Governor Spitzer did not remove his mid-calf length black socks during the sex act. Perhaps you can use this detail to corroborate Mr. Stone's information,'' the letter said, signed by attorney Paul Rolf Jensen of Costa Mesa, Calif.

The letter also notes that while Stone believes the information is true, he ''cannot swear to its accuracy'' because it is second-hand.

James Margolin, a spokesman for the FBI's New York office, would not say whether the bureau had received the letter. A spokeswoman for Spitzer also had no comment.

The letter was written several months after allegations were leveled at Stone that he had left a threatening phone message at the office of Bernard Spitzer, the ex-governor's father, regarding ''phony'' campaign loans involving his son's unsuccessful 1994 bid for attorney general. Stone denied making the call but resigned as a consultant for state Senate Republicans in Albany.

Spitzer, the crusading attorney general who became governor, resigned March 12 amid allegations he was a client of a high-paid prostitution ring, the Emperors' Club. Four people have been charged with operating the ring. Spitzer has not been charged. A federal affidavit described a rendezvous between Spitzer and a prostitute known as Kristen, since identified as Ashley Alexandra Dupre, at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington on Feb. 13.

One of Stone's lawyers, Fort Lauderdale attorney Robert Buschel, said the letter's release is an attempt to set the record straight about Stone's possible part in the Spitzer drama. Stone confirmed the letter and referred The Miami Herald to his lawyer for comments.

''The conspiracy enthusiasts on the Internet are going wild over Roger Stone's role in the fall of Eliot Spitzer. We felt it was important to lay out for the public exactly what Mr. Stone did tell the government,'' said Buschel, a partner in Rothstein, Rosenfeldt, Adler of Fort Lauderdale.

Stone works as a partner in a separate public affairs and consulting company with the same name -- Rothstein, Rosenfeldt, Adler -- in the same office as the law firm.

''We trust this information was helpful to federal authorities in making their case against Mr. Spitzer,'' Buschel said.

Former Gov. Eliot Spitzer was deeply involved in his administration’s efforts last year to discredit the State Senate majority leader, Joseph L. Bruno, holding detailed discussions with senior aides, ordering damaging information about Mr. Bruno released, and calling an aide at home repeatedly to check on the progress, according to several people with direct knowledge of the investigation.

The governor has previously said he was not personally involved in the effort, suggesting only that he was vaguely aware that his aides had responded to a reporter’s inquiry about Mr. Bruno’s travels on state aircraft.

But testimony and other information gathered by the Albany County district attorney, P. David Soares, indicate that the governor’s participation was extensive and reflected Mr. Spitzer’s intense desire to damage Mr. Bruno, the people with knowledge of the case said.

The investigation was based on examination of e-mail messages, along with interviews with about a half-dozen senior administration officials, chief among them Mr. Spitzer’s former communications director, Darren Dopp, whom prosecutors decided last month to give immunity from prosecution.

A spokeswoman for Mr. Spitzer, who resigned March 12 after reports that he had patronized a high-priced prostitution ring, could not immediately comment on Sunday night.

yeah. she was 17 when she did GGW :lol

so francis loses too :lol

this story rules.

Actually, Francis thinks he wins. Theres no way they can prove she was 17. She signed the papers that said she was 18 to be on the GGW bus so as long as he has that paper with her signiture, he can release that "lost video" of her being nude. She lived on that bus for over a week. Damn what a born whore/tramp.

To be fair, anything she signed, should have a date that it was signed. From there it's easy to extrapolate.

Wow, she looks like one of the douches from the other thread.

EDIT: saw thie pics and couldn't even get through them all without wanting to barf. She or he is disgusting. Spitzer is a goddamn freak. What else is he hiding?

East Side Madam with America's Largest Black Book Busted

Yesterday afternoon a 32-year-old woman was busted for running a prostitution ring on the East Side of Manhattan that charged $900/hour for its services. Kristen Davis (no relation to the Sex and the City star...probably) operated four websites, sending her gals to one of two apartments she kept for the illegal trysts (the magic apparently happened at both 229 East 53rd Street and 533 Third Avenue).

Davis was arrested at her own apartment, at 235 East 40th Street (pictured), where police found $19,000 in cash; another $500,000 was found in bank accounts linked to her (which have now been frozen). The official charges brought against her were for money laundering and promoting prostitution.

While the police seek out the 15 prostitutes who worked for her, Davis has one of the busiest lawyers in town, Mark Jay Heller, ready to defend her. As she's being held at the Seventh Precinct one the Lower East Side, Heller said he needed to know more about the charges being brought against his client -- however, he stated that she has worked in the hedge fund industry and had no previous arrests. He also noted that “This case is going to generate a media frenzy."

Perhaps that's because she has "the largest black book in America" -- can't wait to find out who's in there! Rumors are already circling about the bust going down because "she was ex-Gov. Eliot Spitzer's personal Madame Butterfly and that she serviced an A-list clientele which included politicians, political contributors, major movie stars and directors, as well as the most prominent sports world figures."

I haven't really followed the case but could someone explain to me why this is of interest to the American public in the first place? Why do US politicians have to retire after such an incident when this is a private matter? I don't get the outrage, is it about the image or because prostitution is illegal in the US? But that wouldn't explain the Clinton affair. More mature countries handle this in a completely different manner, because it's none of the publics business what one does in private. I don't get it.

Maybe people don't want an adulter and John to represent them?
