Maybe there's a different level of service for pros than the consumer market folks, but as a pro, I've been treated great by B&H for over a decade. Granted, I've spent tons of money there.
Once, I had a large order coming that would not arrive before I left for a shoot that required the equipment, I called them, really concerned because I NEEDED the equipment for that job, and my plane tickets were locked in. They sent a completely shipment, overnight just to be sure, while the other was still in transit, and never charged me extra for anything, including the overnight shipping.
I'll be watching this case carefully. I hope the allegations aren't true. I've always done good business with B&H, in-store back when I was in NYC, and here in Texas or wherever I have been on the road.
