Lil B did say that he thinks rap is a joke now. Lil B speaks with DJ A-OH & DJ Moondawg on 107.5 WGCI

But he respects (or in Soulja's case, once respected) and has worked with all those rappers you mentioned. I don't think Lil B's would mock those rappers and their styles. I think the silly music he makes is as genuine as his serious tracks. Too Short gave some insight on Lil B not too long ago. The weird shit is just him expressing himself.
