It's not necessarily actual cards (like MTG), but if I got Yu-gi-oh right it's big hologram monsters fighting and they control them with cards. It could be similiar but with a VR friendly interface.

Duel Masters would be perfectly adapted for something like a Hearthstone experience. It's quick, simple and doesn't have any decision making required on the opponent's turn other than Shield Triggers.
