I haven't had my Korean friend translate it yet but that seems to be the gist of it.

Honestly, I think we'll be alright with Soriano closing. I know they say committee, but I think he'll get the most opportunities and really distinguish himself as the best option. Hell, I bet when Wickman comes back he might not even get slotted back into the closer's spot right away or at all.siamesedreamer said:Wickman DL

Remember how everyone was saying your pitching was overperforming? Consider this the beginning of the sea change that will correct things! The Frankman said:This guy was pissed at Randolph for not making the team? Nice job of proving him wrong there... jeez.
EDIT: ANOTHER HOMER? Where's the button that releases a player after the game?
One poor emergency relief start and you start flipping? Mets had Jeremi Gonzalez and Jose Lima (bap bap bap) fail miserably last year and they were fine. Add this to all your April first-place insanity and I see just how desperate and sad you are. It's pathetic really.Triumph Dolomite 1300cc said:Remember how everyone was saying your pitching was overperforming? Consider this the beginning of the sea change that will correct things!
When I first get to the stadium, I'm actually pretty laid back. I like to take it easy, but as the game gets closer I start to get more and more focused. I get really locked in about 30 minutes before the game. I grab a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and a couple of Red Bulls and I'm ready to rock. That's a big part of my routine. I actually stole the peanut butter and jelly thing from Darin Erstad. He used to have two of them before every game. I can't do two of those, just one. The Red Bulls, that's all me. After the sandwiches and Red Bulls I get stretched out by the trainers, take a couple of advils and I'm ready go.
It was horrible. Park retired the first 8 batters, when allowed a single TO THE PITCHER. Everything went to Hell after that but the Mets are fighting back.Link said:I get home and the score is 9-6? God, Park sucks.
The Frankman said:1 error for each squad, and the Mets are fighting back. Since Juilo's the closer they have a shot!!

LaRoche will come around. He might not be as good as he was last year but he can't stay this crappy all year long.MaverickX9 said:The Pirates are .500 for the month of April for the first time since 2002...
Maybe if our offense would start doing something and our bullpen would stop blowing leads, we could be above .500 for the month of May. Adam LaRoche and his .133 AVG is killing us.
At least we aren't out of the race already like we usually are.

Today was a good day.
edit - should add....Halladay was just sick out there. Wow.
Yeesh. I hope he's ok.Eminem said:The Braves have filed a missing persons report on Willy Aybar who they haven't been able to contact for a week. His brother Erick and mother can't get in touch with him either. This is after he drove up to Boston to be with his brother there for drug and alcohol problems

That's awesome. Are there other baseball comics like that?
