Holy shit their team batting average must be appalling. :lol Come on Broxton, shut em down!

Woot, time for Saito to close em out. Would be nice if we put a few more on the board and that way Broxton could do it instead.

Well, this sucks. So does Colyer.

At least I can take solace in Jorge Sosa pitching against Webb tonight.

GO D'BACKS!

Wait a second. The Dodgers have... an offense? Since when? Where did this come from? And what happened to the 2-runs-or-less-is-good-enough Dodgers of the last two weeks?

Weren't the Braves supposed to have a good bullpen? What's going on here?
Yates is good but kinda struggled. I dunno, he could probably have gotten out of it if he stayed. Colyer is only there to be a loogy and he's not good enough to do that. I don't know why he was pitching to more than one consecutive batter.

When the rookie Phil Hughes left Tuesday’s game at Texas with a pulled hamstring in his left leg, it was expected that he would miss four to six weeks. But General Manager Brian Cashman said yesterday that the Yankees were cautiously optimistic about Hughes, a right-hander. “He tested very well,” Cashman said. “There is no discoloration, no bruise, no blood. All these things are good signs. Maybe it is not as bad as we first expected.” Hughes was to have a magnetic resonance imaging test yesterday.

**** YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!

I'M HAPPY FOR NO REASON AT ALL!!!!!

EDIT: And don't forget Mr. Six-fingers-on-one-hand, Mr. Antonio Alfonseca.

wtf.

First, Hudson loses. And now JORGE SOSA is beating Brandon Webb.

WHAT DID I DO TO UPSET YOU O BASEBALL GODS?

Maybe I didn't sacrifice enough goats this year. I'll get right on it.

Holy crap. An innocent MLB thread joke has suddenly transmuted into a weird newfound hatred for Sony. They sacrified a ****ing goat for an ad campaign?

Sorry, this is off topic, but that really pisses me off. The things you miss from not reading the gaming forum.....

Unless it's a joke. Is it a joke?

Yeah, it was beaten to death (LOL PUN) in the gaming forum. Apparently they got it from a butcher after it had been slaughtered though, and it was used for food (offal). Nasty though.

Actually, they took out all the intestines and gunk from inside the goat (apparently), and replaced it with some sort of meat soup. Still, people ate stuff that touched dead, raw goat.

I ♥ SONY
