**** you Uribe you were better when you weren't playing.

There should also be like some kind of event where the Nationals and Orioles have to walk down the median of I-95 from Baltimore to D.C. and everybody who sees them gets to throw trash at them.

hahaha when MacDougal was leaving the mound all he said was "**** me"

Nice to see Josh Towers give up some runs just for kicks. I love this team! Pure grit! ARGH

7 games under .500! We're worse than the Devil Rays. WORSE THAN THE DEVIL RAYS

This is ****ing outrage!! The players have pretty much tuned out John Gibbons (hell I can't understand WTF kind of English he speaks). That retard J.P Richardi needs to go as well. Pretty much every move has been a blunder.

It's gotten to a point where it's not Whether or not the Jays can win, but at what point the game is out of reach.

I heard him comment on the fact that they're missing quite a few guys to injuries. Who are they really missing? Chacin and B.J Ryan? WTF is Ryan going to do for you if the game is over by the 4th inning each game? They're not only losing but getting demolished each game.

Moose throws 6 strong innings.
Jeter owns.
Yanks at .500 again.

NOW THE SEASON REALLY STARTS.

...also, I'm posting this with my PSP. I am amazed.

I knew he played EQ, but that's straight geekin' it up right there!
I read one interview where they talked with other players on the Phillies he played with. One that sticks out was Jimmie Rollins maybe? I forget which player exactly but he gives a tale of Schilling hauling ass and leaving him to die to a bunch of mobs, was pretty funny.

He also gave out his character name/server...I'm sure that was a good idea. I saw him online once.

I miss being able to say that... :(

I'm not even sure who's the M's "set up man" is anymore.

Whoever he is he got a night off tonight.. good stuff. Glad to see the bats wake up a bit. Also 9 from Baek is a bonus for damn sure

It was Doug Glanville.

Does Schill play WoW? I would seriously pay the world pass fee just to go after some mobs with him.

I'm a celebrity whore.

You can have Matt Thornton back

No thanks.

Dudley has been flip flopping between Reitsma and Morrow depending upon who he feels more confidence in/who is fresh.

The Devil Rays are gonna be a force for years to come. Especially when their pitching is ready.

You shouldn't be allowed to be in first place if you've played 3-5 games less than everyone else in the division!

The Brewers aren't really this good, are they? I mean, I know they have Sheets and Capuano and that's pretty solid for a 1-2, but they're not 24-10 good, right?

I am kind of interested in seeing them playing the Mets, who I actually believe are an AL-like team.

Suppan been good to them and they have a incredible closer.

Hmmm....Suppan needs to take a drive through Correction City.

They've had Cordero pitch 6 times in a row now. That can't be good.

What happened to my team? Normally they crush the dream after the allstar break. This is just terrible. Maybe I jinxed it by not changing my avatar. I think I won't even go to tomorrow's Halladay game.

Yeah that pretty crazy, not even Grady little would be dumb enough to that.

Looks like they finally given up on Gibbons. Can't blame them, they probably can't understand a word he says.

Yeah but these are Blue Jay fans, we are lazy and usually just leave our bitching on message boards. To go out and actually make a blogspot about firing Gibbons shows how fed up we are.

Oh damn. So THIS is what happens when the guy who's job is to HIT THE BALL actually does his job?? I've totally forgotten what that's like.

HiLOLenbrand needs to accept his new role as Benchwarmer. Eat the freakin' contract!

Yeah, I had to pinch myself to make sure I hadn't just dreamt a come from behind victory by the Angels.

Oh, I love this...

I check Howard's page on yahoo...

May 9 Howard (left quadriceps) won't be back in the lineup until Friday at the earliest, according to the Phillies' Web site.

So... I bench him...

And yet he somehow made it into yesterday's game and hit a ****ing GRAND SLAM...

mother ****er

The Braves have been truly amazing so far this year and it's a complete turnaround from last season. Last year, they were blowing saves left and right AND managed to lose what seems like every close game. This year, the bullpen is amazing (particularly Gonzalez and Soriano), they are leading in the league in 2-out RBIs, and they are winning almost every close game. It feels like they have come from behind to win more this season than they did all of last year.

Oh, and Willie Mays Hays Harris can FLY.

Finally The Wright man comes up with the big hit. I was going to change his name to "The Wrong man". I'm really hoping Delgado and Wright could start heating up, then Mets will be nearly unstoppable.

Crew isn't as good as 24-10, but still they're pretty damn good. I'd say division champs for sure, but the Cubs will make it close.

The real test begins against the Mets and lasts until the end of the month. As long as they play .500 ball they'll be in good shape.

Cordero has gone six days in a row, but his pitch count has been ridiculously low. One game was saved with one pitch, and like three others were with 10-15. Yeah, it still concerns me, because it wears a bp pitcher just to warm up, but it's better than if he was actually struggling in those appearances. He's downright filthy right now.

Turnbow is almost as good. It's a seven inning ball game when you play the Crew, they are something like 20-0 when leading after the seventh.

They are this good. They've been building towards this for a few years, and their rebuilding process is finally paying off. Acquiring Suppan gave their starting pitching the little extra depth it needed. He's pitching terrific; he could be 7-0 right now. Capuano and Vargas are both also pitching very well. Their two weak-points so far have been Sheets (mostly due to some injuries), and Bush (who can pitch fantastic for about 7 innings, then he loses steam). But they have a full bullpen of quality relief pitchers to help them out.

And they've been hitting the ball very well.

So yeah, they are this good. We'll see if they can keep their pitching healthy and continue to play this way after the all-star break.
