You're welcome, guys.

Regardless of how much I might hate your team normally, I think we can all get behind the fact that the AL must go down and must go down HARD. I hear they are allied with Al Qaeda. You know, just saying. And they eat babies. I heard that too.

Unfortunately, I'm going to miss Peavy's outing since I'm going to hit the gym on my way home from work. Hopefully he does the NL proud...otherwise, the local L.A. newscasters will be on his jock bitching about how Brad Penny should have started. GET OVER IT.

Didn't see this yet but Ichiro is in talks for a long term deal with the M's now!! YEAH BOY! Bring back Jr to where he belongs and we got ourselves something magically!!

Ichiro is eligible for free agency at the end of the season, but it doesn't appear he will reach that point.

Ichiro and the Mariners are engaged in serious talks about a five-year contract extension that would keep him in Seattle long-term, FOXSports.com has learned.
The deal is believed to be worth between $90 million and $100 million.

"We're still talking but we're not at the point where we have anything to announce," Suzuki's agent, Tony Attanasio, told The Associated Press on Tuesday.

"Whatever happens, everybody will know in the future, whenever that might be," Suzuki told AP through an interpreter before batting practice Tuesday at the All-Star Game. "Maybe three hours from now, maybe after the season. I'm done for today (on the topic)."
