The scorn people have been throwing Prince's way for all of this has been driving me up the wall. (If you don't know why he hates his deadbeat of a father you might want to read this.) A, it's nobody's business to begin with. 2, he's a jackass. And D, we live on the most boring street in the whole United States of America, where nothing even remotely dangerous will ever happen. Period.

I think a lot of this is a bunch of old men that never told their fathers they loved them before they died so they're trying to live vicariously through Prince. It's not sad that Prince hates his dad. It's sad his dad is a sopping cunt that should be hated.

second straight time Pedro is making a crucial start has his pitch limit is reportedly 100 pitches tonight. Cards may go with 'B' lineup after checking recent games/injuries (Ankiel, Edmonds, Pujols, and Molina are all Day-to-Day). Hopefully ESPN has the game.

Dealing with the daily stupidity of other people and dumbing down my points so people don't ignore the context, having to deal with other's ad hominem attacks and not even pointing out the fallacy of said arguments gets extremely frustrating after awhile. I say to hell with that and this nice guy shit.

EDIT: Hey triumph, it's not my fault your head's up your ass to notice I never brought the issue up. Why you even want to start shit? Try reading the terms without blindly insulting people. I know, it's hard for you. But please give it the ol' college ... uh, high school ... elementary ... hmm, pre-school try?

You made a bet where you got banned from the OT if the Yankees made the playoffs, I thought. Well, the Yankees have made the playoffs. Why is it out of reason to wonder why your stain has yet to be scrubbed from our fair OT? I ask you.

Remember, I apparently forced him to take that bet; he didn't actually call the Yanks out and put a ban on the line.
And remember, apparently I proposed the bet in the first place, but didn't take it myself. He had nothing to do with anything!

Toronto residents:

I have 4 Jays tickets that I will be giving away for Saturday's game vs TB. They are pretty good seats. $44 ones....first level near the 3rd base side...30 rows up...trying to get rid of them but nobody wants them. I have ZERO interest in going myself, hence why I am giving the seats away.

I've e-mailed a few people with no interest so far. Anyone here interested?

Not promising anything though as it stands at the moment. If I don't hear anything from the people I've e-mailed, then I'll give them to the fellow GAF members here.

Maybe 4 of you could meet up at the game or something...

Sorry duder, I'm too lazy to search for it in this fucking ocean of a thread. But I do seem to recall it being something along the lines of if the Yankees made the playoffs, you would be banned from the OT for like 2 months or maybe the post-season or hell, maybe even the entire off season. I didn't make the bet, so I don't know.

Honestly, though: is the bet or the shameful collapse of that pretender of a Mets team eating at you more?

Really though? I guess it's the knowledge that I've repeatedly said I have nothing to lose and would do the same bet next year if the Yanks were in the same situation, yet everyone reacts like I'm boned and I was talking crap that bugs me. 5'9, 175. I throw 3.5 pitches with movement - two-seam fastball, knuckle-curve, plus change-up with a 3/4 or over-the-top delivery, and a average slider. Fastball reaches high 70's-low 80's.
 
Oh the poor Mets...I may hate their fellow city dwellers but I've always had a soft spot for the lovable losers. At first their recent losing ways was funny, but now I'm pulling for em...although Philly is up by 6 and the Mets are down by 3...time for the rally caps.
 
Well, at least I won't have to be constantly checking my phone for score updates at work/school this postseason. That'll be nice.

It must feel so good to be a Phillie fan right now. The whole stadium is cheering at the Mets final.

And just as Im typing this I hear my brother cheering at Francouers home run. :lol
