Hudson is so ****ing tough when he's keeping his shit down in the zone. It's got so much movement, it's hard to square up on it so the end result is usually a weak grounder to an infielder.

Also, KJ is amazing. **** Giles.

My cable company is god damned retarded and I want to bomb them.

I'm in the blackout for ESPN tonight with the White Sox playing, and I don't get WCIU here in central Indiana....yet MLB.tv isn't blacked out.

Last night, the White Sox game was on WCIU as far as I know, and I was blacked out on mlb.tv....then the game suddenly came on in the bottom of the 8th inning on CSN.

I also get Bulls pre-game shows on CSN Chicago, but no Bulls games.

I also get Cubs and Cardinals games on TV here. St. Louis isn't exactly close to West Lafayette.

I hate blackout rules/restrictions and all that related bullshit.

Well, I'm pretty comfortable seeing Wick out there in easy 9th inning situations. As far as this bases loaded, nobody out stuff.......

Sucks for Hudson though, none of those balls were hit very hard.

I think I'm done with Brian Anderson. Anyone want one of the best pure center fielders in recent history, who still needs time to develop his hitting, for a real lead-off man?

e: Erstad double what the hell

You stay the hell away from Kelly and his .430+ OBP.

wow, this one hurts...I wouldve preffered Soriano coming out there with his good stuff and high heat; and he's thrived in high pressure situations

and yes, hudson shouldve been out after the first 2 hits at the very latest....What bobby's getting too old and lazy to go to the mound?

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKK

Dominant performance ruined by Bobby screwing up his bullpen management.

Yeah, Soriano and Gonzo are better out guys for these high leverage moments. Wick is good for pitching the 9th with nobody on and getting through it. I think it's a great situation for the most part, but the problem comes when they start treating Bob like a lights out, dominating stud.

Man this sucks. ****

Have room for one more?

**** off bobby, thats what you get for using Fatty on back to back nights (and in a no save situation yesterday)....poor guy was exhausted before he got to the mound

Well, Wickman looks like he's about to keel over from a heart attack just about all the time anyway.

Dare I say that was Gibbonsesque bullpen management there.

He likes his Krispy Kremes, leave the poor guy alone.

Honestly, I probably would have let Hudson go back out there again in the 9th. But after the second hit, I would have brought in either Gonzo or Soriano. That's the time to get him; don't let him face a 3rd batter, and don't bring in Fatty. I mean, Fatty is good at what he does but that's not his deal.

Bobby Cox lost that game for us.
I honestly don't think Hudson looked particularly bad in the 9th, though I'm sure he'd been through enough pitches that leaving him out there was a bad idea.

**** me right up the ass with a totem pole.

Go to Bob at the beginning of the 9th when he has a lead to work with. Or try to get some Ks from Soriano/Gonzo when you need the big out.

****

This one really, really hurts. I still think the team looks incredibly sharp, but holy shit.
