Tonight's M's A's games was one of the worst offensive performances I've seen since highschool baseball.

2-0 on two solo home runs, done in 1:47 both pitchers throw complete games. It was about as hacktastic as the average GAF MLB game.

Ozzie's line-up decisions thus far this year are really, really, turning me against him. Use common sense, man. ****.

Ozzie Guillen has this to say about common sense:

VENEZUELA!

It was absolutely ridiculous...the amount of first/second pitch swings was infuriating.

My Fantasy team is officially killing me. My team is:
Barrett, Morneau, Kinsler, ARod, Tejada, Abreu, Dye, Crawford, and Adrian Gonzalez as my UTIL which means Im sitting Delmon Young, Eric Brynes, and Chone Figgins who is about to return.

On the other hand my pitching is self destructing with Bush, Bonderman, Burnett, Bedard (Never trust pitchers with Bs). Only King Felix was doing anything and now he is on the DL.
My closers (Chad Cordero, Torres, and Gordon) All are 4.50+ ERA

So Im pretty much first in every offensive stat and last in every pitching stat.

What no one talking about SockGate....
Schilling's bloody sock called into question?
Red Sox pitcher Curt Schilling's reputation was the target of an attempted hit from, of all places, the Orioles' television broadcasting booth. Gary Thorne, who does play-by-play of Orioles games on the Mid-Atlantic Sports Network (MASN) and has a solid national reputation, having done lots of work for ESPN, brought up the saga of Schilling's bloody sock during last night's telecast, according to the BOSTON GLOBE.

Thorne said on the air, while the Orioles were batting in the fifth, that he'd been told by Sox catcher Doug Mirabelli that was not blood, but paint, on the sock Schilling wore during Game 6 of the 2004 American League Championship Series against the Yankees. It was done for the public relations effect, Thorne said.

"The great story we were talking about the other night was that famous red stocking that he wore when they finally won, the blood on his stocking," Thorne said to broadcast partner Jim Palmer, the Hall of Fame pitcher, in a conversation that had begun with a discussion of Schilling's blog.

"Nah," Thorne said. "It was painted. Doug Mirabelli confessed up to it after. It was all for PR. Two-ball, two-strike count."

Palmer: "Yeah, that was the 2004 World Series [sic]." Thorne: "Yeah."

During a break two innings later, Thorne confirmed that's what he said, and that Mirabelli had told him so in a conversation "a couple of years ago."

"Go ask him [Mirabelli]," Thorne said.

Mirabelli was shocked, then angry, when relayed Thorne's comments.

"What? Are you kidding me? He's [expletive] lying. A straight lie," Mirabelli said. "I never said that. I know it was blood. Everybody knows it was blood."

jesus christ 2 errors cost the Stros 2 runs :| Now down 2-1

They cant hit anything or win against the f-ing PIRATES this year.

I don't know, Blue Jays usually suck against pitchers they haven't seen before. Hopefully though we will **** him up like we did Garza last year.

Astros MUST get this win. There is no way we can lose 6 straight to the Bucs this year.

A new low has happened today.

I hope Hughes doesn't throw a shut-out. I want to pick him up in my yahoo fant league, but I have crappy waiver priority and he's not free until tomorrow... Oh, and he's a Yankee pitcher, lol.

None of you unbelievers will be saved when Hughes blanks the Jays tonight.

None.

Thank you M's, first place is back Los Anaheim where it belongs.

P.S. Bartolo, pendejos.

Man if we hadn't sucked ass all weekend it would be ours. We own Oakland and Texas this year. Now if we can just come up with an answer for the Angels.

I'm just gonna predict Bomba Total and hope I am pleasantly surprised. From what I understand:

-Only two of his pitches are really usable right now
-His high is 88 pitches

First big league K!

Interesting array of pitches. Good location on the fastball, amazing 12-6 curve, change is a meatball, slider hasn't been thrown in forever.
