Those Angels were juicing. Give my Giants their World Series win back! Of course, losing Game 6 could have been avoided at any rate.. er, five years later.. maybe I should get over it. :D

Sorry bub but even if Troy was juicing that was more than offset by the fact that they had Eckstein and Speizio on the roster.

I think it also had something to do with the Giants having Felix Rodriguez on their roster. Oops.

Well Bonds did bobble the ball on two separate plays once the Angels started the fire.

This news doesn't matter to me one bit. Baseball's own fault, now they have to deal with it or get over it. I choose to get over it. There's nothing pure about the game anymore. Once you realize that, it's much easier to enjoy it for what it is.

As long as it turns out GA, Erstad, Edmonds, or Tim Salmon never took it, I think my vision of great baseball players won't be broken forever. I was never a big fan of Eckstein, Speizio, or Glaus. They were there for only a short span of time.

I was (and still am I guess) a big Glaus guy but I found out Santa didn't exist ages ago so the news from today about him hasn't really crushed me or anything.

It would be pretty shitty if any of the guys you named were associated with any of this stuff though.

Mike Pelfrey is looking pretty good tonight against Houston. This continues and I'd want him in the postseason roster over Aaron Sele.

EDIT: I didn't notice it but so far John Smoltz has a NO-HITTER going . . . that's right, folks a NO-HITTER.

Dude it's the end of the fifth in that game. Nobody cares about a potential no-hitter that early.

To: Royals

Body: Please post more runs up, so I can use my highly original "Ladies and Gentlemen, I am sorry to say that Kennedy has been killed" speech.

12 consecutive games with an RBI for GA. :bow

Break the AL record (14 I think) GA!
Even with the pitcher tryin' to give him nothin... GA still slaps one in! Awesome!!
AL Record stands at 13. 2 more for GA to break it!

It would be pretty awesome for GA to own a record like that. Sabreholics would be providing me with bitter tear frosting for ages to come.

Lackey is making us look BAD tonight. Hopefully Jake can keep this close and we can chisel out a few runs.
I was kind of worried he was gonna have one of his bad nights with that lead off walk but his curve has been pretty fierce tonight.

Ever since the 4th inning, we've been slowly chipping away at him though.

Brilliant pitching performance between Lackey and Westbrook.

Looks like we are headed to the 46th one-run game for this year.

edit: Fuck! Pickoff play on our rookie

Raffy is absolutely KILLING me. God, he's been insanely bad for the entire second half. This is what 13 million gets you? Idiots.

Been hurt the entire season, but his defense is still superb though. Anyways! Why didn't Grady take Bills out for Biemel against Bonds?

Edit: Spoke to fucken soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bengie Molina reaches on force attempt, throwing error by shortstop Rafael Furcal. Barry Bonds to 2nd.

You were saying? :lol

Anyway the Doyers can get Furcal the fuck outta here after this year? Dude fucking blows monkey nuts and just cost the Doyers the fucking game!

Why do the Dodgers keep picking up rejects like Proctor and Oldberto? Is their farm system that bad?

EDIT: GARKO TIES UP THE GAME. K-ROD BLOWS A SAVE.
