If Kobe's gonna take less shots, Lamar has to get the extra touches. Not Kwame, not Bynum, maybe a bit more for Luke as long as it's inside.
I like how the Suns are acting like their plan was to wear down Kobe. BS. If he didn't get tired, we'd have won and he was only tired cos he got no rest not cos he was shooting too much.
I saw Nash on TNT just now saying basically saying Kobe's 35 in 3 doesn't phase them. Why mention it if it means nothing? The last thing they want is Kobe being aggressive and PJ/Kobe better not fall into this trap. Our results this year are very good with Kobe being aggressive. They just have to give him a rest in the 2nd half...
If I was on the Suns, I'd want Kobe shooting less not 33 times. Why anyone thinks we are worse off with him shooting more is beyond me..

I heard this on PTI I think.methodman said:Did anyone else hear about AK-47 crying after games? The former All-Star forward had nearly broken down after practice Sunday while discussing his minimal role in the Jazz's series-opening loss, dabbing tears from his eyes with a towel while coaches and teammates watched warily from a distance.

Maybe if the Jazz wouldn't hack so much they wouldn't have so many fouls called against them.shibby said:I hate blaming games on the referees but that game was bs. McGrady almost shot more free throws than the entire Jazz team. I think Rockets are still a better team but the Jazz should have been able to pull that one out.

Theres not a snowballs chance in hell the Suns lose to the Lakers in a 7 game series. I'll bet a month ban on that.

I want the truth, not some attempt at making light of DM's man crush on T-Mac.Matrix said:Dm got a little too happy and she's just cleaning up the mess.

So basically T-Mac's ass is sore after games (not that there is anything wrong with it) and DM likes his mens to have a shaved ass.Matrix said:YOU CANT HANDLE THE TRUTH!
I think it might be some sore of heat compress being applied and cooling cream,it look likes whatever is going on is meant to help his lower back or else he wouldnt be smiling,so it must feel good.
It was just a pic posted and it had no info with it.
edit-" Tracy McGrady #1 of the Houston Rockets get treatment from asst. trainer Michelle Leget during Sundays off day practice at the Toyota Center on April 22, 2007 in Houston, Texas."
Not Tmac getting his ass shaved like Dm thought.

Holy shit I thought Saturday was insane...it was like they took Saturday's crowd and turned up the volume.
One thing that pissed me off...
THE WHOLE LOWER BOWL WAS GIVEN RED SHIRTS
...still....over 25% of the crowd was in their normal shirts during the whole game.
Assholes, I wish the corporate assholes would just sit at the bar and let others take their seats.

The following is an open letter to Tracy McGrady
Dear Tracy,
Congratulations on winning the first two games of this series. Kudos, Tracy -- you deserve them. In amassing 54 points, 12 assists and 14 rebounds in Houston's victories, you are, arguably, the top playoff performer so far, someone worthy of prime real estate on SportsCenter and a headline in the Houston Chronicle.
But please, Tracy, don't let up. Don't let your guard down the way you did in '03, when you effectively declared your Orlando Magic team ready for the second round when you were up 3-1, only to stumble and lose the series. You don't want egg on your face again. You know what it's like to win the first two games of a series then falter. You did it in 2005! Remember when you stole two games from the Mavericks on their home floor? Only to lose four of the next five games and get home well before the weather started to turn? You have become Mr. First Round, a tag not unlike a baseball player being anointed Mr. April.
You are too good for that Tracy. That baseline jumper you made late in the fourth quarter Monday night, there aren't 10 players in this league that could make that shot. The way you kept battling despite a woeful (9-for-28) shooting performance was tremendous. The way you showed confidence in Yao Ming -- who wasn't having the best night himself -- proves you are developing into the type of team-first leader Houston has been craving.
Just get through these next few games, Tracy. Don't expect Utah to just roll over. Jerry Sloan has been in far too many dogfights to do that. Don't expect Mehmet Okur to suffer through another 2-for-9 shooting night. Don't expect Carlos Boozer to stop taking it to Yao and the rest of the Rockets frontcourt. Clearly Carlos has exposed a hole in your interior defense. Maybe spend the next few days trying to shore that up, huh?
I believe in you Tracy. You're a guy who deserves a break. You got a raw deal in Orlando (though I contend that if you never left Toronto your career might have gone in an entirely different direction). You deserve some playoff success. Just don't let anyone tell you that you have this series in the bank. Don't read the stories about how well you match up with Dallas in the second round. Pretend there is no second round. Pretend this is the last series of your career.
Get it done, Tracy. Just once, get it done.
