Yeah, that's why I said "should", not "will".LJ11 said:They're going to lay down and get swept, unless Cox decides to start the B team, and even then I'm not so sure.
NY media is loving this, you couldn't script a better story.

And 2/3 from the Cubs. Cubs against the Pirates 8-1, cubs against the rest of the league, 20-18, pretty soon they wont get to play the Pirates anymore.Matrix said:Finally Chacon gets a W!

LinkA 25-year-old man who fell 150 feet from the fourth level at Turner Field Wednesday night, has died of his injuries at Grady Hospital..
According to officials, as Wednesday's Braves-Mets game was letting out, the unidentified man tried to slide down the handrail while coming down from the fourth level. He flipped off of the rail, falling 150 feet to the ground below.
No he is pitching.Zep said:Is it true Oswalt is missing his start? Because the Asstros misused him in his last game?

Buster Olney reports in his blog for ESPN.com that Johan Santanas velocity is down 3-4 miles per hour from a couple of years ago - according to some talent evaluators.
Olney further explains:
He is short-arming the ball more than he has in the past and this is after some red flags appeared in the physical examination he underwent before signing with the Mets. Sources say his shoulder showed some wear and tear, which is not unusual for a pitcher of Santanas age. This is not to say Santana is not an effective pitcher now, but all of this information makes you wonder how effective he will remain during the course of his multi-year deal.
