Is the cupboard really that bare that we can't find ANYONE better in the minors than Mark Sweeney to play 1st when Loney needs a break? 4 for 38 now... for fuck's sake.

Mark Sweeney grounded out to pitcher. 4-39 now. DITCH HIM JOE!! Terry Tiffee honestly cannot be any worse -- he was hitting over 400 in the minors after all.

Yep, the dodgers are so inconsistent. The Pitchers has been doing pretty good, but offense has done shit for the last 2 weeks.

No. Actually, I remember M&MD bitching incessantly when the contracts for him and Wright were made two offseasons ago. They were bitching that Wright got too much more than Reyes. I remember at the time wanting to call in and tell them that they were fucking idiots. I should do it now, but they'd probably deny ever saying it.
 
Whoops, I spoke too soon. Of course, the Indians have recently been scoring a run in the first, then going quiet for the rest of the game.

It's amazing how well teams hit against us with 2 outs and RISP, and yet we hardly ever get that kind of clutching hitting.

This kid Evans has a nice swing, very balanced.

Edit: Reyes starts hitting, but stops fielding. Lay off the coke.
 
Am I the only one who remembers how lights-out the Indians bullpen was last year?

Holy shit this team is so goddamn terrible. This is the third extra innings game we've lost in the past week, all due to our offense's inability to SCORE MORE THAN 3 GODDAMN RUNS.
