That's Paul de Leeuw, famous Dutch presenter/musician/actor. I haven't seen the show from which that gif originated, but back in the day he always did fucked up stuff like that to see if he could fool the audience. For instance: one time a kid came to sing on his show and he interrupted him and stopped the kid mid-song, getting pissed off at the kid because he couldn't sing. Audience goes , but it was a set-up with the kid all along

On a Mario Kart related note, play.com just sent me an e-mail telling me that they will not be sending me the game at launch because the supply isn't enough.

I pre-ordered on the 20th February, the day that the release date and pricing was announced

Play always do this. They put up pre-orders before they know what stock they are getting.

HMV.co.uk have been allocated more stock today...or if you have some cheapo games with rubbish resale value then pre-order at your local GAME as you can get Mario Kart for £9.99 if you trade in any 2 Wii games.
