I can't tell if he's serious or not.

"The style of the Celtics is the antithesis of the style of the Cavs, who, purposely or not, have made fourth quarters must-see TV during most of the season. No other team in the NBA has had as many fourth-quarter comeback victories. Most of the time, it has been due to heroics from LeBron James, who led the NBA not only in fourth-quarter scoring during the regular season but also in so-called clutch time, the final five minutes of a game when neither team is ahead by more than five points."

Go ahead and refute it. Or I should say "try".

Its ESPN. I win.

I can't figure out who failed at what should have been an alley oop. Farmar with the pass or Pau with waiting for it to come down and going back up.

Does Pau ever shave? He's always had that mid length stubble.

hilarious. the refs call a foul on the jazz for something the lakers did in a worse fashion 3 possessions ago. home cookin' for the lakers tonight, looks like the jazz will have to fight through it

Something about Sasha playing good defense is just mind boggling, my mind just can't accept the fact that he plays good D.

Oh shut the fuck up. Making excuses already?

Sasha the new Robert Horry confirmed. Are the Lakers going to have to pay a billion dollars to keep this guy on the roster.

I'd like to think that Sasha, Ronny and Ariza won't go chase bigger contracts. This team could contend for championships for next 5 years.

Gosh I hope not. Sasha isn't in Horry's league until he learns how to play dirty.

i fear ronny will leave. His PT has been so up and down since we signed Mbenga. I hope all 3 come back (assuming Ariza can stay healthy).

With Bynum and Mihm(?), I'm not so worried about losing Ronny (though I do love him as a player).

But yeah we need Sasha and Ariza to return, and at a reasonable price.

the real question mark is going to be Lamar. He's a FA after next season IIRC, and early in the season it seemed like a no brainer that we'd cut ties with him but he's played so well since the Pau trade as a 3rd option.

Unless the owner wants to save some money, why cut him? The team would be over the cap regardless and it's not like you can pick up a player of similar abilities off the FA market.

Candace Parker and Lisa Leslie are such a cute couple. I'm so glad Candace found a nice man to settle down with.

The irony... anything is better than Shedlon Williams. What the FUCK Candace???

im not saying cut him. But before i would have been all for using his ending contract as trade bait to try and add more pieces, but now after seeing how well he's fit in with Kobe and Pau, i think you HAVE to let it play out for a full season to see what they can do. It just puts us in an interesting position. Management is going to be cautious about extending him with all the money they will already have wrapped up in Kobe, Pau and Bynum is going to be due for a new contract soon too. In a perfect world Lamar would resign for less money but im not so sure about the odds of that happening.
