I'd be shocked if Brady gets past the Packers and Panthers. SUPER SHOCKED if he gets past KC.

I bet the Panthers are looking at him now, but most likely they won't. Miami's pick definitely threw some stuff off.

Do those second round QB picks ever pan out? Can anyone list a guy who was the third or fourth best QB in the draft who actually panned?

PS He's not going to Dallas.

i can just see the conversation:

Goodell:"Hey Brady we have a private room set up for you away from the draft floor..."
Quinn: "But what if i get drafted?"
Goodell:" LOL get your ass in the room"

Haha that was good!

Not those guys. Not the Favres or Bradys. I mean the third or fourth best guy - like John Beck or Trent Edwards. Or Kellen Clemens, Omar Jacobs, or Reggie McNeal from last year. Sure those guys are young but what older guys were like that?

There are plenty of QBs who go third or fourth who end up being better than the ones before them, but I'm speaking of players like Marino and Roethlisberger, who (In Marino's case) fell because of stupid decisions and were actually ranked higher by sane teams or (In Roethlisberger's case) were ranked just as high as the others and just went third because of preference.

Somebody more directly fitting your description would be Joe Montana, who went in the third round first overall. And Favre was in that same sort of position too, he went early second. Drew Brees also went in the second, but he was the second QB taken.

I'm so ****in happy right now.

Patrick Willis is already a beast... But Mike Singletary is going to mold him into a bring of death & destruction who will rule the NFL with his death dealing powers.

i'm not saying it was the right pick, i said earlier it was stupid and Okoye was the right pick, just talking to the people hating on Ginn like he's dogshit.

i agree, absolutely the wrong pick at #9. i said as much right off the bat.

You dont understand because your brains a peanut. No matter how you slice it Ginn will not match up to hester or help the fins in any of their spots that REQUIRED improvement.

The good news is that plenty of secondary players are available for when the Jags pick. They'll at least get someone from their list.

Everyone taking their sweet 15mins, Eagles won't pick till about 6:30. Atleast I know what time to take my break at work.

Yeah I was just curious as to whether or not that "pick one in the second or third" is a good call thing.

Its an interesting thought. Seems like so often its just luck, though.

obviously you have the peanut brain, because you can't even comprehend the simplest of things explained to you. learn to read.

how many times do i have to say it was a stupid pick [look at my first response]. my point is that all is not lost. he has value as a returner and to stretch the defense and run off the safeties deep.

this is not a hard concept to understand, i would think. and again, i agree, the pick was f'n stupid at #9. but to go overboard with the hyperbole and act like you drafted a complete waste is just as stupid. Ginn will contribute.

Yes the 49ers look like they made a good call.

I just love the club hand thing. Too bad he can't do the XFL thing and make his jersey name : HE CLUB ME

I would LOVE to get Reggie Nelson, at this rate we can trade down in the round to someone who wants Quinn and probably still get him.

Son Ginn is dog shit. Exactly what you've been trying to defend.
I comprehend it just fine.

Yeah. Panthers probably need him more. Packers MAY just be dumb enough to have some kind of disillusion of a Aaron Rodgers future.

If he makes it to the Bears, they may take him. The management on this team is stone cold. Just look at what they did with Thomas Jones and Lance Briggs.

Joe Thomas is an excellent pick for the Browns. They needed a OT very bad and he seems like the type of player that go and anchor your line for 10 years or more.

:lol :lol at all the Quinn haters. I think Goodel showed lots of class by taking Quinn away from the media. It keeps ESPN from harping on that shit for the next hour.

These Madden ads are awful. All the guys sound like they're reading a script. How about a little more effort?

Just terrible...
