As much as I hate the chargers, and really would like to give rivers a quick two piece to the jaw, he has the attitude that Eli severely lacks... If eli had half the swag that rivers has he would run the NFC easily...

Great game Chargers. Good luck the rest of the way. No excuses from a colts fan here. We were outplayed in every way. Manning had two chances for gaming winning drives and couldn't execute. He definitely lost some luster in my eyes because of it. My NFC team is still alive in the Cowboys, so that's who I'm routing for now.

Lost some luster? Both of his interceptions were because of tipped balls by his receivers. :lol

Ever been to any sporting event, ever? Fans always talk shit to the opposing team, but most players are man enough not to let it get to them and go all Ron Arest on them. His team is moving onto the AFC championship and the first thing on his mind is to go after fans? What a moron
 
i love how its going to be spun that Philip Rivers is classless and out of control for talking shit to a dumb fan, while media darling Bob Sanders will go unmentioned for acting like an ass and giving the opposing kicker a pat on the back when he missed a FG.

I hate Rivers and was tempted to root for the Patriots...but then I remembered the pain I felt in my chest during the Jags match, thats the type of hate that won't go away easily. Chargers ftw.

Hence, "show some class". Rise above it, it's not really that complex. Athletes get heckled all the time, and I remember all the press from when Vick flipped off the fans, but then again that got a lot more coverage from ESPN. I wonder why.

Seriously, this is the postseason game that makes Manning look bad? Out of all of the postseason meltdowns that he's had in his career (and there are oh so many), why this one? Was it because he fell ass backwards into a Super Bowl victory and fooled you into thinking he was a competent playoff QB?

I don't care how annoying Rivers is, he's fighting a sheer force of evil next week. I'll be rooting for him. The kid is batshit insane though. Hopefully he cusses Brady out after a sack, if he isn't going to beat him.

He pretty much played a perfect game. His receivers and defense is to blame.

Dallas beats New York unless Romo has an absolutely shitty game. Shockey killed Dallas the other two games and he's out with a broken leg.

He had no run game and the defense played like trash all game. You can't blame this on Peyton cos they win if guys didn't fumble passes in the red zone..
 
Those two interceptions weren't Peytons fault. Also, the defense was just on roids on those last posessions. I seriously saw ZERO openings at all. The run would have been preferable, but they weren't getting it done. I can't blame Peyton at all for this loss. Props to the Chargers defense.

If I was ever coaching against NE, here's what I'd do:

-Onside kick on every score.

-When NE gets the ball, all-out blitz on every down. Yeah they'll score, but they would anyway. At least this way maybe Brady can get knocked out of the game.

I'm not upset with him for his stats or anything. I'm just saying that the QB's everyone remembers in the past always find a way, and he didn't. It's ok though. He's still my favorite player.
