How does that Wal Mart commercial make you feel, Topsy? Apparently, women don't watch football, they just make food for the big game.

GAF could use more nachos.

*swirls empty beer can at topsy*

You're new to this sport, aren't you? Do you think the Patriots won today because of their defense or offense?

It takes a good combination of course and this wasn't the best showing for the Pats Offense as they usually run up an average of about 40 points a game. The defense of the Pats today was alright, but it was mainly due to San Diegos crappy offense and Phillip Rivers thrown interceptions that gave the Pats the win.

Lttp but WOOT PATRIOTS! Brady has a shit game for the most part but big games by Maroney and Faulk got the Pats to their 4th SB in 7 years.

Suck it bitches!! :lol

I'm torn on this game. I think the Giant D has the potential to contain the Pats, but I also think Eli has huge potential for giving away the game. On the other hand, I think Favre can adjust to whatever the Pats throw at him, but he also has potential for giving away the game (slingin and slangin!).

A week ago, I thought the Pack were the best opponents for the Pats if it came down to the Super Bowl... I fear a blowout whoever plays, though.

Dear NFC: Just get pressure on Brady.

Yours Truly,
SickBoy.

In other words, the Patriots defense was able to step up after Tom Brady threw three interceptions.

I have no idea how you play in this weather. They all look purple.

GOOD THING BRET FAVRE IS WARMING EVERYONE WITH HIS ANGELIC GLOW

That was yesterday my man. ;)

Airbrian: I thought you also cheered for the Niners.
I do have a soft-spot and a ton of respect for them because I grew up watching them play the Bears in countless playoffs and championship games in the 80's, and then reinforced because of the Cowboy hate in the 90's, but I don't really follow them like I do the Bears.

packers are gonna play the field position game. "we're gonna gain as many yards as we can in five plays and then punt. it's very cold outside, so if we go with a long-term view... I think we'll be good."

Wait, wasn't that grounding? I didn't see any Giant in that area and he was still in the pocket.
I guess you could make the argument if Romo's pass last week was grounding. Either Toomer or Manning misread the play.

Even if we get 3-4 yards a carry, run the shit out of Jacobs to wear down this D. We will pick up massive chunks in the fourth quarter.
