In regards to Iwata's Wii U unboxing video, I always thought it was really funny how he decided to put gloves on before hand, as if he was performing some serious surgery/autopsy, lol.

I didn't have a white shirt with red accents but I had one shirt from working at Lego that was a deep red color with Angry Unikitty on it, never bled on to any other article of clothing I have. I also had a Hollister shirt that was a very strong red that had white lettering and details on the front and the white parts never tinted pink.
I never do colors/whites in the wash, everything always goes in together and I just set the water temp to cold and I've yet to see a single discolored sock or bed sheet. Also my girlfriend worked at Target for the past ~6 months and had a ton of red shirts, no problems there either. Once she moved in with me she started doing the 'dump it all in there and set it to cold' wash I do and neither of us has had any problems yet.
