We're hearing some reports about a PlayStation 3 version of Capcom's PlayStation 2 classic Okami. Titled Okami Zekkie-ban (maybe... Okami Magnificent Version), the game appears to be an HD remaster.

We're not totally sure of the source on this one, but we'll hopefully have confirmation or debunkment in a bit!

Developed by the now defunct Clover Studio, Okami was released for the PlayStation 2 in 2006 and was acclaimed for its unique art style. A Wii remake followed in 2009, with a DS spinoff/sequel in 2010.

MGS HD Collection included Peace Walker, they could plausibly do the same to Okamiden here. Just as long as they get Bluepoint on this.

I've had enough Okami for a lifetime, but I'd probably be dumb enough to buy it.

I've never played Okami but after playing God Hand I'm pretty much up for anything made by Clover Studios.

I was interested in picking up the game when the Wii port came out, but never got around to it.

Sengoku Basara HD is currently being planned as a PS3 exclusive.

Unlike DMC and RE, Okami wasn't exactly a huge hit in the west.

Not saying a 360 version won't happen, but PS3 only release is also not far fetched.
