As someone who suffers from (somewhat crippling) SA and knows a couple of other SA people, I find her "coming-out" to be quite infuriating. She's a (more or less) decent actor, anyone with actual SA wouldn't be able to be a successful actor. On top of that, she's popular and hot, and has a boyfriend with the same attributes. That's more than most people without SA can say. Go cry me a river.
Yeah, there's that. It took me like 2 hours of standing in the room at California Extreme before I could really do anything. Tons of people in close quarters, LOTS of noise, and it was warm and stuffy. I wanted to bolt and go sit in the lobby where there was fresh air and fewer people. I had to basically stand there and just sweat it out (literally) until I finally crossed whatever that mental line in the sand is for it to be "ok" and no more anxiety. After that I was completely fine. When I went back later that night and again the next day it wasn't even a thing. But that first time was rough.
